Yes! I'd love that. I need to get these hideous 20's off first (with my tax return), but I'm all for it. I'm living down by kerrville, in Harper, now. I've been trying to find some places to go off road. I didn't even know about Hidden Falls.

My wife has a friend that lives in Harper. Hidden falls is pretty sweet 3,000 acres of fun! We can get hemi46 to meet up he's from Austin and I've been trying to meet him for a year lol. I used to have 20" wheels on mine and wheeled the hell out of them at 18 psi lol. Did way better than people expected! You can read my build thread has the transformation on it there lol

From a recent visit, they're also a big fan of diamond plate too! Every aftermarket bumper I saw was fabricated from diamond plate!

Pretty much have to have big bumpers. In fact, the morning my girlfriend took my truck to get detailed, she hit a hog. It was minimal damage, but if it had been the factory bumper, it would've been a lot worse.

Thank you for the compliments.

Ditched the 20's and 35's, went back to stock 17's and upgraded to 37x12.5 Toyo R/T's. Fantastic tire. Also decided to remove the ebay parts, as well. The headlights and grill were swapped back to stock. Next on the list, hopefully, will be a Thuren axle truss, and Boogie Rated bump stops. :lockedandloaded:

I couldn't be happier.
A friend of mine did the suspension on his Jeep, and wanted to test it out. I followed him trail for trail, bypassing only a couple where the rock ledges/steps were too high. I aired the tires down to 20, and they did great. Next time I'll try 15. I really couldn't be happier with the way the wagon performed. There were plenty of people there too that couldn't believe a full size truck was keeping up with a jeep on level 3 trails.

Hidden Falls is really impressive, and beautiful. Nice, clean place. Friendly, respectful people too. I can't wait to go back.

Maybe try 18-15 Matt! I have never done 15 as 18 in the rear has been enough to
Never have axle wrap. The front I usually leave around 20-22psi
And rear 18-20 I have driven home a few times
On 22psi front and rear cause I didn't want to air
Up
And it's been okay.

Great pictures but you guys should know that those trucks don't like areas with no bottom. That looks like a "if you stop, you're stuck" location. :D

I only do what the majority of the 4 voices in my head tell me to. In most cases, I ignore two of them because one doesn't speak English, and I suspect the other is talking to someone else.

I was actually doing alright, till I hit that one spot. Unfortunately, my winch ended up useless, when the cable decided to come off the spool, even with having 5 wraps.

Luckily we had a marooka buggy close by so it ended up pulling us out. The mud is so bad with more rain in the forecast, they decided to shut the project down for 3 weeks or so. Its been nothing but a mess, especially trying to move 100,000 pound machines..
