Carli Suspension & Tires are done!

I apologize... I'm being lazy... Did you leave the winch in the factory location when you put on that bumper or did you move it to the bumper?

I moved it to the bumper due to the misalignment of the two sets of rollers

Truck looks great. Would you clarify what you ended up with from a suspension standpoint. I know you had the mopar level kit on. You mention Carli suspension though .. Track bar, arms? Also, I can't quite see the new tire size. Are those 37/12.5/17? Thanks!

So, I have a real concern and I'd like some serious input from you all. I have the stock rims with 37x22.5 17 MTRK's and they're rubbing the sway bar, on both sides, something fierce. I'm okay with a little rubbing, but this isn't a slight rub. It's bad. What solutions do you guys recommend? Wheel spacers? Steering stops? Different tires? I appreciate the assistance.

Could do aftermarket wheels with a offset that will push the tires out

That's another option for sure ... I just hate to spend the extra money ... I just had seven rims powder coated to match, so my Turtleback trailer would match the truck ... I'd have to buy seven rims ... That could get expensive!

Would lowering or moving forward the sway bar help?

Maybe try a set of 1" wheel spacers for the front? About a hundred bucks and will likely be enough.

Or just rip the stock swaybar off and try running without it and relocate your module to the rf corner of the engine bay like others have done! ^^^^^ cough cough* colibri

I'd prefer to keep the factory rims, as I've already paid to have seven of them stripped and powder coated. I think I may just add spacers. Enough to reduce the rub, but not so much that I get into the fenders when articulating.

No loss detected, but I added Corsa 3" cat-back exhaust, and a Diablosport Hemifever tune at the same time so I wouldn't have noticed a difference anyway. Thanks for the thumbs up. She turns heads for sure.

Great build. Would you mind posting a close side view picture of your rear bumper. Sitting in traffic this week someone thought they would rearrange my rear bumper for me. So now I'm suddenly shopping for bumpers. The Trailready and Mercenary are two on my short list so far. But I can't find any good profile pictures of them.

Thanks in advance. By the way I'm just a little south if you in Casa Grande.

Thanks! It's taken a lot of money and time, but I'm pretty happy with the results. I've attached some pictures for you. Hopefully they help with your decision. I actually have another Trailready rear bumper. It's brand new, never installed, and still in its original shipping pallet. I bought two different versions, not knowing which I'd need (long story), but the first one I installed ended up being the one I went with. It's powder coated black and ready for install. I paid $959 for it, but since you're in need and you're so close, you can have it for $900. Just let me know and we can set something up.

Thanks for the pics. What's the diffeence between the one you are using and the one in the box?
