Ahha! Regulator, gauge, and 10' line. Should work well to put some nitro in them shocks!

Fronts are in. Need bigger coils now. With the shock extended (no limit straps) my coils are falling out lol have to save some more dough for Carli coils next maybe. Need to find a way to chop my fender liner though so the acv's co-exist with the fender liner cause their facking massive resi's !!!!
ImageUploadedByTap atalk1402192739.528005.jpg
Changed the plugs today also...wow what a pain in my backside. Doesn't help the trucks pretty big. Glad I have that bumper to stand on now!

Apperantly when you build a long travel suspension you need to extend your brake lines lol so ya! need them. Driveshaft is still being lengthened pipe was back ordered. Thuren coils have been ordered hoping strapt will have them soon and send them up here so I can pay an extraordinary amount of duty on them lmao :( [attachment=0]ImageUploadedByTapatalk1402280760.583920.jpg

Damn those look sexy. The whole thing looks sexy. That last pic of the front with it on the ground looks badass, those rims look good. Did they increase the ride height any? Or is that just with a full charge in them? Looks like it's sitting a little higher, or maybe that's just me. :excited: You're making me want to do all of this to mine and make it look like it's twin. :cash:

I think they did alittle bit ! Only have 90psi of air pressure in them now just to drive it around the shop and my front yard until new Thuren coils come and brake lines so I can actually use this insane amount of travel without my coils saying good bye and taking the brake lines with them! Also have to chop my exhaust and lower it so the driveshaft can actually articulate to the full width of the Tavel now too!

Shackles are here! Does anyone know if I have to grease them or if their pre greased? (That's you 05!!) Don't want to damage the bushing by over greasing! Also a pic of finished ride height before Thuren coils and shackles get here Deffinately looks a bit taller in the front could be the slope of my shop driveway though to! Hoping the coils won't give me a vibration cause they will probably raise the front another 1/2" over what it is now I figure and I don't have a t case turn

Very nice. I greased the bolt before I installed it (makes for an easier install and quieter, but not cleaner lol) then greased them once mounted. Made them move easier. Enjoy!

Truck looks awesome. I have the 2010, same color. I'm ordering the BDS lift today and have a quick question for you. I haven't seen an aftermarket steering stabilizer in your photos. Did I miss it or was there no issue with the lift and tires affecting the driving/handling of the truck? I don't want to purchase one at the moment if it's not necessary and the drivability is unaffected. Also, what did you use for spray/paint your grill and body? Was it LineX or just bedliner in a can that you can buy at your local store. Thanks.

Got a Carli low mount!! Drive ability was fine with stock one but I heard the Carli one is better so I tried it and I've been liking it so far!! If you could afford line x I would go with them! But ya I used duplicolor bed armour for the side of the truck and for the grill I used another smoother bed liner. And then a flat black plastic acrylic over top to give it the same color as the flares which are also done in bed liner

Okay so they can get a few pumps of grease after being installed! And grease the centre section of the bolt also??

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, found a local LineX shop that will do the grill for a $100 and the bumpers for $150 each if I remove and bring them in so will more than likely go that route. Noticed you left your rear bumper in chrome...I'm considering doing the same since I have chrome exhaust tips but would really like the truck to match up all the way around so might consider shortening the tips/exhaust to further under the truck.

That's correct sir. Been working good like that for me and I actually took it apart 2 days later to change holes and it was very easy. Another tip to adjust it is a small bottle jack between the rear spring and body and just jack up until hole lines up and insert bolt instead of fighting it. Good luck.

I wanted to do the rear also but I think I'm just going to wait it looks like way more of a pain then the front to remove and I'll probably have it replaced with a custom fab'd one that has room for a fairlead and still leaves good space between the d ring mounts and the pdc's cause I know the d ring mounts set the pdc's off all the time on the smittybilt rear bumpers which would be annoying and pointless to keep them

I haven't put any nitro in these shocks just shop air pressure I'm very impressed already their eating speed bumps I agree with everyone's said about Carli feels firm but the faster you hit something the smoother it is!!

Also installed my lengthened driveshaft and greased the hidden zerk! Marked it with some paint to help find it. Damn it felt good taking that spacer out!!

That's right I painted it red!! Lol it's what I had in stock....matches the shackles lol

also cut and lowered the exhaust for the extended travel shocks and lower driveshaft angle now. Found some sweet exhaust clamps in my tool box from
When I worked at Audi that's fit the hemi exhaust perfect literally chopped twice with a sawzall installed these couplings and lowered it approx 3/4" -1" nice and tight no leaks way cheaper then getting a new exhaust too!!

So if anyone's doing a lengthened driveshaft or exhaust id suggest just getting your hands on a pair of those clamps makes life super easy and much cheaper then buying a replacement exhaust or piece to install.
