Post by Hemi46 » Mon Feb 11, 2013 2:42 am

June 21 I am goin to Flaggstaff for a couple of weeks. I was wondering if any body knows of any good trails and tent campin out there. Maybe meet up with some Power Wagon owners and have some fun. I haven't done much offroading here in east Texas but I think the "Beast can handle a lot" but me huuum will see. Lol

You've got over a thousand miles of forest service roads available up there. Nothing difficult per say, most are old logging roads that have been upgraded over the years.

http://www.fs.usda.gov/detail/coconino/ ... rdb5356224 is the page for the Motor Vehicle Use Maps for the Coconino National Forest.

http://www.fs.usda.gov/detail/kaibab/ma ... rdb5392529 are the maps for the Kiabab National Forest.

When it gets closer, refresh this post, and I'll suggest a few routes to take.

I'm just along for the ride...

Personally if I was "Heading to Flagstaff" for a while, I would simply head up into Utah instead. Just sayin..
Enjoy this life, cause it's all we're getting.

Well, This Saturday I'm leavin for Carlsbad cavern and over to Flagstaff. I want to also go to the Grand Canyon and maybe to Hoover Dam. I'll be out there for three weeks. I would like to meet up with some fellow PW owner and go do some trail riding. If that's possible
