American Adventurist is excited to announce that registration for our 4th annual SoCal Mountain Rendezvous is now open. This is a non-profit, family friendly event with the emphasis on the "doing" of adventure travel. We're working hard to give you ample opportunities to return to your campfire all tuckered out from enjoying all the outdoors has to offer. Or you can just BS around the campfire and eat lots of good food.

Camp Tahquitz on Highway 38 (approx. 30 miles from Big Bear) 640 acres at an elevation of 6,500 ft

To register please head on over to the 2014 Mountain Rendezvous Official Thread to check out all the details and to sign up. And be sure to check in regularly to keep abreast of new information and updates. We look forward to seeing everybody there.

The Camp belongs to the Long Beach Council of the Boy Scouts of America. It is a PRIVILEGE and an HONOR for our community to be allowed use of this world class BSA Camp - again in 2014!

Since this is a non-profit community event, ALL proceeds will be donated to the BSA for camp maintenance and gear. The BSA needs our help - 100% of your donations support the Boy Scouts of America!

Since our events now span several forums, regular updates will be made on the 2014 Mountain Rendezvous Official Thread ... ial-Thread and to the American Adventurist FB page to ensure we all get the word.
