I had an awesome time at RC. We had a great group of guys it was really cool meeting everyone. I can't wait for the next get together. It was amazing when we pulled into the RC parking lot and everyone there turned and looked in disbelief at the 13 PWs rolling in. :D Here are some pics I will post up some more as soon as I can.

Made it home in one piece. Camper is unpacked. GF had dinner waiting for me when I got home. Have more damage to the camper then to the PW. Torn off a cabinet door when I was opening up the one slide. It needs new hinges. It popped opened when I was traveling, and never seen it was open. Also have have a bent strut on my awning. It won't allow it to roll all the way up. Don't know how that happen. :(

Other then the above with the camper. I had a GREAT time with everybody. :winchmob:  :excited: Notes I made about the weekend. Pack and couple of spare idler pulleys. When you're in water and or mud. They don't last long. Change my valve stems to short metal ones. And pack a couple of extra too. Somebody will need them. After watching Ty in the rock garden with the extra large baby head rocks. and Eric in the mud hole in that same rock garden tear out one each. I'll have them for next trip.

Eric needs to change his thing in his signature from "Follow me, I'll pull you out". To Follow me, You'll pull me out. Got to have him an "A" for trying tho! Peter is now "RockPeter". Find him a large enough rock. He'll get high centered on it. After following both Mark and bill with their BDS lifts going through rock gardens without scraping too much. I need to do something with mine. Because now I think I have the lowest stock PW of all time. Spent more time on my skid plates then I care to think about. Was learning on how to pivot the PW with a rock rail resting a rock because of my lack of height. Glad I got a rock crusher front diff cover. Paint is gone from the lower half of it. I'll post pictures tomorrow after I find my camera. Don't know what the GF did with it.

Mark, glad to see you made it home ok. I agree, I had an awesome time at RC, too. It was great meeting everyone.

And the looks on everyone watching us pulling into the lot and lining up in one long line. And I think it was Rusty that mention that this has to be the most Power Wagons ever gathered in one spot outside of the factory. It was definitely a photo-op that you can't turn down.

Eric got some nice videos of the caravan enroute to RC, as we made turns, driving down the highway, etc. Looking forward to see those vids.

I have some vids and other pics, as well. Below are some of them. I ran out of time today to get them posted. I had a lot of stuff put on my plate as soon as I stepped out of the truck when I got home. I'll get them upped to YouTube and post links as soon as I can.

And on another note, I'm planning on a Winch Mob T-shirt run specific for this occasion but with a full yellow hook and saying, "Rausch Creek Power Wagon Winch Mob Run, 6/2012" using Port Authority shirts, like the prototype I brought with me.

What do you think?

Also, someone asked me for my last XL PW Hoodie, but I forget who it was. Was that Kenny?

I'm wondering if it's a good think I had plans - those trails look nasty and dangerous for a stock wagon - or at least one that still has a nice body on it.. Looks like you guys had fun - keep the sweet pics coming!

Stock is no problem. Mine is stock. Anything that happened to me can be buffed.

And the tube steps shouldn't have been there in the first place...

Wow, what a trip. Had the best time ever meeting and wheeling with everyone. I tell you, we have a great group of guys and their families. :D

Thanks to all who pulled me out, I lost track of how many different trucks were hooked up to me. :notworthy:
On my nemisis hole, I finally defeated it on Sunday. It was actually a piece of cake the second time, I just had to stay off the stump (PETER). :D Thanks to all for helping change my tire and get everything changed out.

Downside, power steering pump blew when I pulled into my driveway. Blew power steering fluid all over the place. Oh well. The price we pay for some fun....... :D

I just want to say thanks to everybody for helping me out when I blew out both of the front tires and bent the wheels up. I would've been a little SOL without an extra wheel and a real floor jack. Proving once again what a stand up group we are. Thanks!

What do you think?

Also, someone asked me for my last XL PW Hoodie, but I forget who it was. Was that Kenny?

Yep....it was me. I'd love to take that hoodie off your hands. Definitely want to get a shirt, too.
I thought it was you. It will be $40 + shipping. I think shipping is around $12? I'll have to double check. PM me your contact info please, and I'll provide pmt instructions and get a USPS label printed to ship.

Did anyone else try out the RTI ramp? (30° ramp)

PowerWagonMark (Mark)- 533.8
06powerwagon06 (Kris) - 469.8
twistedpw (Edwin) - 466.2
TrueCowboy426 (Chris) - 462.6

All in all it was an awesome weekend, and look forward to getting out with all you folks again. You need to fill us in on what happened today?

I'll go thru my pics and vids in the next few days and post them up.

Chris
Hey Chris those calculations have to be wrong. Are you sure it was a 30 degree ramp? Stock PWs score between 640-680 on the ramp. I have scored 750 without the thuren leafs. Somethings wrong here

It looks like there is a pretty deep hole under the right side front tire in each pic. That will surely throw off the calculations. You need a single flat plane under the other 3 wheels to get the correct measurement. It looks like the RF is a few inches lower than the surface under the ramp.

Ok I did some quick research and the the scores are correct for a 30 degree ramp. Scores will always be lower on a 30 degree ramp. I converted our scores to a 20 degree ramp and here are the scores. These scores are lower because of the 30 degree ramp if we would have used a 20 degree they would be even higher. This is just a straight conversion.

These scores are at full tire preasure you can add 20 more points if fully aired down.

PowerWagonMark (Mark)- 533.8= 780 on a 20 degree ramp
06powerwagon06 (Kris) - 469.8= 687 on a 20 degree ramp
twistedpw (Edwin) - 466.2= 682 on a 20 degree ramp
TrueCowboy426 (Chris) - 462.6= 675 on a 20 degree ramp
