With enough notice I'm good just about any weekend. Hell any weekday would work for me as well. I have a bunch of PTO I need to use or loose before the end of the year.

I just found out on the 9th, there's an in formal high school GTG. Not a reunion, but an informal one, kind of. Now I am torn...

It's getting so late in the season, this may just not happen with a large group.

Ok so I'm going up on the 16th for their advanced off road class. I can check my schedule to see if I can spend the whole weekend up there if any of you would like to come up and play on the 17th.

I don't think I'll be able to make it at all due to finances. Things are really tight. If anyone here is an FB friend, such as Chris Mateski or Peter Davey, you've probably read my post about looking for fulltime work. I don't think I'll be going to that class mini reunion on the 9th, either, depending on what I have to spend!

I'm also scheduled for the body shop to get the dent in my rear passenger door and bed panel fixed from our last outing. Insurance is covering that.

To anyone going, have fun and take lots of pics and vids!

Long story short, I'm an IT engineer, specifically with Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Windows infrastructure services. I teach the stuff, too. I got laid off in 11/2008, and not able to find a full time spot, got into contract training and consulting. But that has dwindled, and the companies that I contract train for, are super late paying me. I have right now about $12,500 on the street, lost two customers (one due to closing, and the other moved out of the area), the bills are piling up on my desk, $150 in the bank, and I'm behind about $8k with IRS for this year. And training gigs start slowing down this time of year with Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's coming up, so literally there are three weeks right there that I can't get a training gig (classes are five-day courses).

Hell of a summary? I just want to get back into full time with the stability, paid vacations and holidays, etc.

Did any one go today? I never got any confirmation that it was happening so I took the family to GWNF and ran down the Peter's mill trail. Wife couldn't do more than that, expecting another little one in about 6 weeks.

I did not go. At this point I figured we would regroup and plan the spring gtg. It looks like Moab dates are picked, so I would think early June for Rausch Creek. The first weekend after school is out?

At this point if we did anything it would be more of a winter trip. I'm still up for a day trip one weekend. I just need a little heads up so I can make sure I'm not needed at work or home.

So I signed up for the 102 class ar Rausch Creek and had a blast last weekend. One other guy signed up and could not make it so I had the instructor all to my self. I told him about my plans to go out to Moab in the spring so he took me over to a new rock face they had just opened up and showed me hoe it was done. Needless to say everyone that say me out there was impressed with what the Power Wagon could do for a stock truck.

Let me know if you continue to have problems. I'll see what I can do to help.

If you have a sharing site that you can store pics, you can do it that way, too. You can use http://www.skydrive.com, http://www.photobucket.com, or others similar sites, and post a link to each pic and use the IMG button up top around the URL.

And yes, the PW is amazing off the showroom floor! Many don't realize that until they see one up close and personal. :D

Cool pics!

Did you measure the RTI?

And Rausch looks so much different right now.
