I see you were GoProin' too. I really need to get all my DSLR video and GoPro video edited and uploaded to YouTube. I've got some cool shots of wheeling here in AZ. Your truck did a killer job. Those White Knuckle sliders are a must have in my opinion. I hope to get some soon. Great job and thanks for sharing the vids.

to be honest I only hit them twice. the 2 inch lift and 35's made a huge difference in clearance. Where some of the 3rd gens drug there rear bumper mine cleared without hitting. Without the lift and tires I'm sure my skid plates and rock rails would have had a hell of a workout.

2 inch front and rear. It wasn't to much more to lift the rear also. It improved my break over clearance and exit angle.

So, did you end up with a 2" front rake or is your truck level? Just getting ideas about my 4G. Sorry for all the questions.

Still has the front rake. It looks good, not over done like some trucks that go for a big lift. with the bigger tires it all fits nicely.

I wish I had known you were in Mesa. I went from Moab to Chandler to visit my grandmother before heading east. You could have seen first hand what it looked like.

Hey, next time you're out this way let me know. We'll meet up for some beers and wheelin' ... Maybe not in that order though :0P

I plan to attend the 2015 PWR Moab Run, so we'll definitely see each other then.

I'm with TonkaPW! A weekend isn't enough for Moab. It's a long ways for most and a week is more realistic for the travel involved. Two days wheeling / third day off for relaxation and truck fixing / two more days wheeling! That is my Moab formula!

P.S. Just don't do it on Memorial weekend! That is when I run my Spring Plink, Drink n' Trek event in Oregon. LOL. Speaking of which would be open to anybody here as well!

Man that looks awesome! I really hope some day I can go. Good job on helping fellow man out! Just out of curiosity, how much do you guys budget for this trip? Doesn't have to be specific, just an idea of how long it'll take me to save up!

The big question is where are you coming from. That has a lot to do with cost. How much fuel will you need to make it to Moab and home, these trucks get thirsty on road trips. :chug: . Are you staying in a hotel or camping would be the next question. I haven't looked at my total expenses from the trip but I willing to bet that my fuel costs and hotel bills from the trip are going to be about even. :cash:

Wish I would have been there to help my brother out. I even tried squeezing in a quick, surprise, one night stay to run up there Thursday or Friday night and drive back the next evening, but between realtors, prepping the house and packing, I just couldn't manage it.

I don't know how I'm going to handle double the anticipation for an entire year! :excited: :excited:
