OH-OH

Post by verdesardog » Fri Oct 25, 2013 6:55 pm

I thought I was going to get through the month without spending any money. This had my name on it for sure. I've been coveting one of these for years but never really looked for one. I was just inquiring at a shop about transfering a rifle by mail and this jumped into my hands. Almost like new, in the case with two OEM mags, $300.00 out the door and since I have a CCW permit it did go out the door with me as soon as I paid for it:

I have read on the internet that many people have a difficult time disassembling and reassembling these pistols so I did some practice. It's not difficult at all!

22's are a blast to shoot. I got my wife a Walter P-22. she love shooting it. Been thinking of picking a Ruger 22 for myself.

Selling??? noooo I just bought it!

Like I said in my first post, I've been coveting oneof these for several years. This one just flew into my hands when I was inquiring about something else.!

Taking one apart is easy, sometimes the reassembly can be a bitch...

I miss my old Mark 1 bull barrel. It was more accurate at 25 yards than the Marlin 22 semi-auto rifle I had at the time.

But, shooting a 22 is kinda like kissing your sister - it's OK, but there are better things out there. I've gotten bored with every 22 I've owned, and sooner than later, they all get sold.
I'm just along for the ride...

I don't shoot much and I have S&W 9mm for general carry. This will be for plinking with my g/f who says she used to shoot a lot and was very good at it!
