Re: Retired
Enjoy - But keep busy - That is the ticket for a long lasting life in retirement! My dad has been retired for 30 years. Every day he is out and about working on projects that he mostly enjoys. :D Most of his coworkers retired and kicked back as couch potatoes - and then passed away within 5-10 year...

Thanks Stubi I'll be waking these girls up for a morning walk instead of driving to work. :D Sent from my iP...

Retired
I can't believe that after all these years I finally made it to retirement. Friday was my last work day. I am so fricken happy...every day is a Saturday. Time to start adding to the 39000 mi on the PW. I got a new toy too - A $1500.00 flying camera (quad copter) should be fun on trips to Nevada.

Winch Bumper
I bought this Bumper from a guy on ebay, for my 1970 Scout 800.. he's been selling them for awhile he's sold 54....it was $325 delivered. I'm really impressed with the quality and the price. I wish he made affordable 3G bumpers. The bumper measures 60"wide x 10"deep and 16"high and weighs 44 lbs. Th...

Re: On Board Laptop GPS
This is how I have it now. It's up higher and easier to look at while driving with it up there. I find that the DeLorme Topo software works fine for highway and most off road stuff. But if you want GOOD off road detail the USGS topo 7.5 minute maps cant be beat.
