Re: Diesel PW Build Thread

So the diesel wagon has reached the end of its general build. It's met all the criteria now to fulfill its name as a diesel wagon. And is now been christened the "Maple Wagon" There is still minor things to be done but it's reached that point that upgrades are going to be as much maintenance as anyt...

Re: MAPLE WAGON aka Diesel Powerwagon

I hope you dumped out your milk bags and took some low cost diesel home with you. We have the lowest diesel prices in Canada and when it was $3.30 a gallon it converted to roughly what I pay already so it wasn't as good as I hoped but wasn't expensive like other places so no complaints. BUt the boo...

Awesome trip report, looks like a lot of fun.

How fast did you have to go to get inverted in that arch?

inverted.gif
1badwagon was just flying up there. Only one to get upside down

It was a blast. Worth the 42hrs driving time round trip

MAPLE WAGON aka Diesel Powerwagon

Truth? Fiction. Who knows. Who cares. Do we?? I do Well guess what. After 10 years of dreaming about Moab back when we first got this group on dodge talk and here on the registry I made it!! But not in my 06 wagon. Instead I drove to and CONQURED Moab in the MAPLE WAGON as it's been declared. A Dies...

Re: Low_Sky's 2015 Power Wagon Laramie

Stage 1 can feel like stage 4 in the cold. I did some re valving with don on his 2.5s and changed the fluid to amsoil shock therapy light. I started at a stage 2. Now I'm at like a stage 0.75

Re: Diesel PW Build Thread

THUREN LT LEAVES!!! Are here. Going to be installing them today or tomorrow. Durabak works well in bedliner but as rocker guard I really don't know. Not even my exhaust Tip survives the rock rash Neal, I dig your custom ice, salt, sand, mud undercoating. Seems to form a solid protective barrier around...

Re: Diesel PW Build Thread

You mean THESE!!! It sucks balls doing these by yourself. So heavy and awkward. But they are in. So far I’m happy. They are noticeably smoother on the small bumps. About 1/2” more height over the pw leaves. Time will tell. My 2 am 4 mike drive wasn’t enough to get a good feel for them.

How much flex does a diesel tow rig need? It's easy to make fun of AEV as they try to be everything to everyone but I don't think RTI numbers are their focus.
As much as mine has. Is the correct answer

Re: Diesel PW Build Thread

I wouldn’t do the whole body, it can hold moisture in and cause massive rusting. I’ve seen it before, absolutely destroyed a Jeep tub I've seen a few completely done. Mind you with the he way good bedliner is the whole body could deteriorate and the bedliner would bold the shape lol. But good to kn...

Re: 2017 Wandering/Pulling to Right

Take 3 psi out of the driver side front tire and see if that corrects it. Sometimes... and this is weird and you only discover if you check your pressures a lot, one tire will increase in pressure more than it's counterpart as it heats up. Increased friction or who knows what causes it. Check the ti...

First time it’s been washed since last July. Changed out the pw flares for a bushwhacker knock off. Also all that Bedliner rocker guard.....destroyed. It’s bad. Oh well. Time for a new idea
