I used the EVO JK/Rubicon manual disconnect on my sway bar. If that is what someone is confused about.
I think they are wondering is if one could simply overide and operate the original sway bar setup with a separate switch, like you just did with the lockers.

Re: Quick question on tire pressures

I have to agree with Bill2014, as far as tire pressure goes for the stock tires. I have been running 62-65 up front and the damn things still look like they could use more air. It seems like I can get away with a bit less out back because I rarely am loaded up or towing anything. But they go right b...

Re: Hardwired Lockers with OEM Knob

So I went on my wifes phone with her instagram and watched that locker video. You definitely need to post that here somehow. Lots of good info. Off topic, but what is that large metal bracket in the rear that has Thuren written on it (I could see it in the video)? Is that to keep b...

Re: Hardwired Lockers with OEM Knob

You have to have the app, to view stories. Sorry. That's just how it works. I realized half way through my posting this content would make a better youtube video. I decided to even use a wireloom, which ate up WAAY to much of my day, lol. I'm not using the OEM Knob, however. So I'll have to add my ...

Yeah, put 315/70R17's on there a few years ago. Had them studded, pulled the studs out that summer (wouldnotrecommend/10) with the intention to use those tires in the summers and get another set of studded tires for the winter. With the shitty winters we've been having, I haven't gotten another set...

Wranglers hold crazy value, especially Rubicons of certain years where people paid 100% of initial sale price second hand years later and still do. Yes, Wrangler resale value is insanely good. I bought my 2012 JK Rubicon for $36,XXX brand new from the dealer. Four years later (although only 24,000 ...

The perfect reason to upgrade!! The difference from the stock 4.56 with 40's to the 5.38's with 40's is huge. The truck drives better than stock now with all the upgrades. I bet. That is quite a list of notable upgrades for sure. Now get to updating the picture thread with some new adventures! :roc...

Re: Front Locker Tear Down

Good work sir! Could you tell where the metal chips came from that were interfering with the locker? My front carrier case had started to crack from repeated shock loading I guess, and I found some little bits like that. The metal came from the corners of the dog legs that lock the diff up. The loc...

I'm lost as to why anyone would spend $3,000 on that thing(not including the windsheld "vicowl"). It looks retarded, adds unnecessary weight, reduces airflow to the radiators and worsens aerodynamics. All for what? to look different? About $4,300 for the "grumper" and "vicowl". :run: There a...

Re: 2016 Power Wagon and new tires and rims.

I have read of numerous guys with the 14+ trucks running 37's with no rubbing other than on the sway bar/radius arm (using the factory wheels). The plastic fender flare will need trimming if you get different wheels with a bit more backspacing, but you will probably no longer rub the sway bar/radius...

Re: Quick question on tire pressures

Bahhahaahahah.

Yea, the TPMS most likely has a setting for too high of a pressure along with the low setting. If the pressure is too low a blurp will come on the screen to raise the tire pressure... did one happen to come up recommending you to lower the pressure?

Just extensing it further up under the hood would have to do the trick.

Did you happen follow the rear axle breather tube and see where it terminates? It isnt any higher.

I'd guess they're talking about the 3G and earlier 4G wheels with the center cap that covers the wheel studs.

Yea, me too... but they did write RAM. Their other literature indicates they wont fit.
