The only annoying thing that mine does is the volume knob not consistently working. The steering wheel controls work just fine though, so it's not so bad.

I put the Black Magic on mine (ordered through Amazon), and love it. If you're having any trouble with your stock fan, I'd recommend replacing it with the Black Magic 183.
