First non-trip recovery

So, this evening as I was getting ready to head to the gym to keep up on my god-like body (not so much god-like), my dad and aunt text me almost at the same time. They tell me to call/text my cousin, as her daughter is stuck. My dad also sends me a picture. From it I just think she's in some slop an...

Re: Retired

That's awesome. My dad retired so 10 or so years ago and couldn't be happier. He get's up, walks the dog, eats and reads the paper, then takes a nap. Does what he wants when he wants.

Enjoy!

Re: Truxxx 2" Front Leveling Kit-Opinions wanted

I did Thuren 3" coils and couldn't be happier on my 2012. I also did shocks, but that's just me!

Re: Aftermarket headlights

I agree. I have/had Jeremy's lights since 2012. I'm on my second set of ballasts, 3rd set of bulbs, and 2nd wiring harness. Paid for all sets of lamps. Ballasts he covered. I'm also on a second capacitor. I like him but I took my lights out last week and installed stock. They completely stopped work...

Re: Headers

Not to immediately derail but I can't find the original thread about your bypass shocks. I just wanted to let you know I just put my new King bypasses on, and had my buddy who is an Engineer at King ride with me. We couldn't hear the bypass valves click as hard as we tried. I finally heard them whe...

Headers

First of all, I'm still loving my Thuren parts I installed about 2 months ago. Haven't really gone off road with it yet since the instal, but yea. Anyway, question. As the title says headers. I think I have an exhaust leak at the manifold and was curious about after market headers. Not really lookin...

Re: Tail gate light bar

If I remember correctly, i scraped off the old stuff best I could and purchased new 3m adhesive. I also think with the thickness of the adjesive it fit over it. I also wired it into the trailer plug directly instead of using the 4-pin. Looked cleaner Thank you for the help. I really appreciate it. ...

http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20161222/7b85ddca50d8f7bdaac00262fb85402c.jpg Not a great pic... and now I remember I had it on my silverado then the ram. I remember it being an issue with the spare tire hole. I think the hole is quite a bit bigger than the rod to lower it... so I covered it a litt...

Re: Tail gate light bar

I still have not found the pics. I do have info though. When I took it off I just went and bought more 3m tape. Worked just fine. I will see if I can find the pics. It's bugging me I can't find them.

Re: Tail gate light bar

I had one on my 2010 1500. Mine was a GOrecon LED bar and I was able to just barely get it to work. I think I put it above the hole and low enough so the tailgate didn't hit it. I will see if I can find a pic.

Yes, I went with boogies all around. I went stage 3 in the front and stage 2 in the rear, per Don. He actually wanted 2 front 1 rear but I was worried they'd be too soft

Re: Power Wagon Picture Thread

I think what your hearing are the Kings. I have same set up (Thuren stuff w King 2.5s) and my rears do the same. Could be wrong but I bet thats it. Is there a remedy or a fix? I love my setup but for the cost I don't expect that. Yes. I will ship you a kit to fix it. Included in the kit is a box an...

Re: Power Wagon Picture Thread

So ever since I put on the lift I've had something knocking in the rear. Its either the shackles/leaf springs or the shocks. I can't tell. I used new bolts that were provided or oem if no new hardware. It doesn't do it in bigger stuff, but you'll hear on sharp, abrupt bumps like pot holes or decent ...

Re: Power Wagon Picture Thread

Nice! Did you go with the gas 3" coils, or the diesel version? I really like the stance of the 3" coiled trucks! They are the 3" soft ride. It's all I saw on the site when I ordered. It does sit perfect. I was worried it would be nose high, but i measured to bottom of fender and the back is about a...

Re: Power Wagon Picture Thread

So I installed all of my Thuren goodies Friday night. Took a little longer than I had planned, but everything came off fairly well. A lot better than my controls arms. I installed Thuren track bar, front and rear boogie bumpd, 3" front coils, rear shackle, and King 2.5 shocks all around with front s...
