Re: Share your switches setup

I've got the RAM aux switches mounted in my dash, I love the "factoryness" of it but I'm going to be adding corbeau seat heaters before winter hits. Does any one know if the center 3 "unused" buttons have a circuit board behind them or are they ok to drill a hole through to mount the switches that c...

Cool beans. I'd like to get as close to the OEM quality and finish of the tailgate badges and letters.

Are these "3D" like the mopar ones or flat faced? If you don't mind PMing me I'd like to chat about who is doing this for you as I am developing a badging kit and in need of a company to do badges and hub caps

Hit one and a quarter leaving work Friday... another milestone. Still tracing down the P0456 and 0457 EVAP codes. Guessing it's going to be a hose somewhere as I put new cap, valve, solenoid, and PCV on. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20210403/a9edf749af8c73883fcfd4b1d99dcbff.jpg Sent from my SM-A...

Thanks guys. Looking forward to wrenching and wheeling with him. Already spent a few hundred on bringing the interior, which wasn't bad, up to date. Rough Country seat covers, Weathertech mats, Grabbars, bluetooth JVC marine spec stereo and Infinity speakers all around. Next mods will probably be s...

Re: AlfaOBD Discussion: 2013-2018 Change Dealer Settings Yourself: TPMS, LED, HID, Tire Size etc!

I also tried to set express window to all windows but it didn't work, I'm figuring the rear switches need to be swapped out to complete it. Anyone know why the settings that feal with lockers, diffs, ratios are skewed and what would happen if changed to match what's here? And what is the "offroad ca...

Re: AlfaOBD Discussion: 2013-2018 Change Dealer Settings Yourself: TPMS, LED, HID, Tire Size etc!

Ok.... more playing and figuring outs... If you use the tire thresholds in the body computer drop down list, it changes both min/max to the same pressure, and they are reversed btw, for me anyhow. But if you log into the "vehicle config" at the bottom of the list you can enter each min/max, F/R sett...

Re: AlfaOBD Discussion: 2013-2018 Change Dealer Settings Yourself: TPMS, LED, HID, Tire Size etc!

Update... I must of fat fingered something while setting tire size. I redid it and it's on closer with the speedo now. Just gotta fine tune. I did notice that when I change tire pressures with the upper threshold it does not ask for a reset, but when I do it with the lower threshold button it asks f...

Re: AlfaOBD Discussion: 2013-2018 Change Dealer Settings Yourself: TPMS, LED, HID, Tire Size etc!

So I just got vfc to playing with my alfa... granted I have a 2010 so idk if that's why but I changed tire size, wasn't expecting circumference in mm as I'm used to diameter in inches... and set my tpms thresholds to 35/30... neither required a RFH reset. But when I go look into the "read status" wh...

Re: Underseat storage???

I've got the factory sub over there. I do keep my tool bag in the back seat and a bunch of crap all in the back, I probably could use the cargo floor and keep the seat folded up. But then again I'd probably get more use out of a seat delete.

Re: Underseat storage???

Ok... well that does make sense, I thought they were like foldflat cargo dividers.

But now you mention that I see how the lids look two layer and assume that they hinge out towards the front and those drop down to become supporting legs of sorts.

Underseat storage???

I've got the factory stuff and it's just, although I can only use 30% of it due to the sub on the bigger side. I've seen these "dividers" on the top of the lids on the newer models but I cent find any info on them. Dealer also couldn't find this. Anyone with them know a part number for the lid? I'm ...

They are surprisingly quiet. I put a set on my CJ and was pleasantly surprised. I'll be watching too as I'm wanting 37s on my next set.

I believe EMF makes Carli's, so they're probably the same. And yes the splines or knurled BJs are only for use in a hole that a smoothie is loose in. I have still yet to jack the front up and test any of the joints, hubs, etc so this is just a shopping comparison and questionnaire. But I'll most li...

Re: Aftermarket ball joints?

So I did a little shop comparing last night... Mopar - $306 Moog - $160 Tera-flex - $265 Synergy - $350 Carli - $800 Dynatrac - $800 At those price points not go synergy? Why are the carli and dynatrac ones twice as expensive? They are all 3 rebuildable, and unless you're cheap they seem the most se...

Aftermarket ball joints?

Getting ready to tear into the front end. Have just over 120k miles on all factory components. I'm leaning towards synergy stuff, mainly ball joints and a track bar, may go with thuren on the bar. What's y'alls experience with the rebuildable bjs on the market and what/why would you reccomend? Sent ...
