Re: 37s

Nice lookin truck...

I'm partial to the color.

With Thuren diesel coils and his track bar you will only rub on right side sway bar at full lock.

Re: Thuren control arms

Order from Thuren... Email Don and he will answer back with answers and advice. Control arms were the easiest part of my install. About 3 hours by myself in the driveway. 13/16" and 1-1/8" in deep and standard sockets were all it took if I recall. If you take your time you don't even need to cut the...

Yes, they are Toyo R/T's 37x12.50's slight rub on right side sway bar only at full turn. Low noise and they ride great. As far as off rode goes so far sand only. When I get some time to get it Nast I'll report back.

Was running up the west coast of Florida and ran side by side with guy for about 60 miles or so. De-badged with a red star on the hood. All black looks sharp.

Re: Dropping and swapping parts suggestions

This is what Don sent me for directions. I would think aftermarket parts will be similar to uninstall. Install is pretty easy, so I'll attach a few notes. On the control arms, it's almost easier to install the first, with the truck just parked on flat ground, not jacked up or anything, THEN jack it ...

Couldn't live without my Ramboxes. I am a general superintendent in a concrete construction company and both my boxes are full of tools. If I didn't have the Ramboxes all those tools would be in my back seat. People all the time ask me to open them to see how much space they actually have. Everyone ...

Re: Replacing OEM parts already

Idler pulley in the glove box? Use to keep a crank sensor in the glove box of my old 7.3 L powerstroke. That truck was 17 years old and had 280,000 miles on it before I replaced an idler pulley. Truck's never crossed water, and the few trips mudding were work related with out the need to wash the mo...

Replacing OEM parts already

 Truck rolls 30,000 miles and suddenly at start up I hear a high pitch whine. Took a few days of driving and listening to decide I'm going to have to do something about it. First thoughts are it sounds like the high pitch whine of a power steering pump. However noise doesn't change or ...

Agreed. I also have a 2012. Smoothest riding truck I've ever owned but still a truck. On a factory setup it shouldn't vibrate. With worn out mud tires maybe. If cloth seats are and issue get some CoverKing leatherette seat covers.

Cool. I was about to pull the trigger on a set but, thought I read on someone's post that they had to drill the holes out bigger. Trying not to do any mods that I can't put back to stock if I want.

So, I guess there back on the list. :cash:

Just curious do they require drilling out of the bolt holes,or are they a direct fit?

Ps. That's a keeper of a girl friend.

Took a wrong turn in a parking lot near Universal Studios Orlando, Florida and saw this lurking. First 2014-15 I'd seen in person around here. Several 4th gen's and 3rd gen's, but first 5 the gen. This on has the 6.4L.

Patience will win out. I watched everything from eBay to auto trader for a year and found the perfect deal. Try replacing the track bar. When I installed mine I didn't torque it properly and that's how it drove. Like drunk driving sober. :chug: Torque to 200 ft lbs.
