Looks good! I'm seeing lots of them on the road now too! I had a 1978 full size Cherokee and a 1994 XJ. Wheeled the crap out of both of them!

Nice looking rig! I like the ARB bull bar on it, doesn't look like it hangs out too far. Years ago, I had an ARB bull bar on my Jeep WJ and that thing was way out there. Like a shovel for the front end.

Is yours a pushbutton ignition switch? If it is, you just pry the push to start cover off and then it will work with the key fob.

Re: 2015 PW looses to a Toyota 4Runner as 4x4 of the year...

Rubbish. Was this against a 80-90's era 4-Runner, cause the new ones are about as soccer mom, grocery gettter, mall bling, hybrid station wagon crossover, curb dragging, all-wheel drive, yuppie Suburau as they get. Whatever. :thppt: And, seriously, if the difference between a 4.10 & 4.56 makes the ...

Re: What did ya get for Christmas?

I bought myself a 1994 KDX250. Great shape and a even better deal! Took advantage of some great weather yesterday to ride all day. I grew up with dirt bikes and haven't had one for the past 15 years. It was lots of fun to get into the woods near camp and rip around!

Re: Rock Slide Engineering Sliders

Here are a few pictures showing the back plate and the member that ties the slider to the center cab mount. The bolts near the top are the nutserts which mount the plate to the body and the bolts at the bottom attach the slider step to the plate.

Re: Rock Slide Engineering Sliders

The flat top part is about 3" a bit too narrow for me, but I guess it would work. I'll get some additional photos tonight and try to show how they mount up. Pretty much, a series of nutserts are installed in the bottom of the cab, just ahead of the pinch welds (10 plastic plugs are in existing holes...

Rock Slide Engineering Sliders

I just finished installing these rock sliders with built in steps. Pretty sweet! I met these guys out in Moab and really like their product. 100% made in USA, from Logan UT. They are fully functional sliders!
