The radio delete option should just be a removeable plate. Unfortuneately you may have to do some minor cutting for a modern radio to fit. I think this is why I'm going to buy 285/75r17 Toyo MT. Seems to be right at 34" from what I've read. Yep, thats a wonderful size/style tire. As long as you want an mt.
