POR-15 will hold up a LOOONG time. I painted the frame on my C3 Corvette with that stuff. It also stayed on my hands for an entire month no matter how much mineral spirits I used. We blasted mine then did a couple of coats of POR 15 then finish coated them. They are holding up really well.

Do good prep and use good primer/base coat and you will be happy with the results.
