Re: Tires
I was happy with the winter performance of the stock Duratracs, and am happy with the Toyo C/T's I'm on now. The Duratracs were marginally better, but were also a narrower 33" tire versus the 35" Toyo.

That's normal. Hell, half the time they don't even know there's a winch in the bumper.FordyceCreekTrail wrote: ↑Sat Dec 09, 2017 8:09 pmShould I be surprised I had to set up the winch hook? Took care of that as soon as I got home

Re: Intial Impressions from a Noob
Tire pressure is too high. I ran my stockers at 55 front, 50 rear. It may ride harsher than your Nissan, but this a 3/4-ton truck, and the softest riding one I've ever driven. My tires were at 95 psi from the dealership, I'm guessing they put them that high so they don't develop flat spots sitting o...

If your's weren't big-truckin' mirrors I'd take your chrome set off your hands. Crunched my pass. side on a tree branch, it's only a matter of time until I kill the driver side too. Good luck finding a home for them!

Yeah, when you sign up 2014 is the highest year in the "what year is your PW?" field. I noticed that when I signed up with my 2015.

Glad to hear you're safe, Ram4roks. I was wondering when you would turn up to explain what happened.

Cool stuff, Mikey. Do you have any pics of what the bed corners look like under the plastic trim, before bolting the rack down?

If you don't know why you need one, you don't need one. It's a whole lot extra to spend on stuff you don't need.

Dang, no wonder I am seeing more of them up here. They have basically doubled their production numbers since I bought my 2015.

Made a couple changes to our 06 Power Wagon. 2" longer controls arms, 2.5" spacer up front, 1.5" spacer in the rear and 40 inch ltb's. Making room for the tire. I still need to cut a little more off the bumper to clear the tires. http://pics.montypics.com/akwhtbst/2017-08-02/1501693910_img_20170731...

Re: Almost time for tires
I just put on 35-12.5r17 Toyo CTs on my 2015 today. The shop had to deflate the spare to 10 psi for it to fit under the bed. Compare the inflated sizes of the RT and CT, and if the RT is the same OD or smaller it should fit. Isn't that like having a flat tire for a spare? :secret: Not with air in y...

On my 2015, the only issue I have had with mine is ice fooling the sensors. Otherwise, not a single hiccup with it.

Re: AEV Onyx Black Saltas on a 15
Very nice, sir. Agreed on Katla vs Salta, I think this is the better looking wheel. I'll be getting a set of these when it's time for new tires on my truck but the factory Duratracs are still going.
