Here’s an article on this new style of T-stat.

I haven’t seen one yet but the Euro guys I work with say they fail all the time.

Re: Perfect world PW

I'd be happy with a reliable valvetrain ala no MDS lifters and a button which got rid of 100% of the traction control at any time. So a 2005-2009 wagon with a 4th gen body. Close. NO computer nannies! 2005-2009 PW frame (140" WB) and body (better sight line with the 3G hood) Better headligh...

Re: Strange A/C Problem

Mine was acting up like your's some what when I was at the Outer Banks running in the sand on the beach. When I got back home. The dealership sucked down the system and refill it. Said I had about 1 oz left in it. Said the gauges show good pressure before they sucked it down.

Re: 2006 Power Wagon new to forum

On the track bar. You're the first person that I know of to break a bolt there. The only thing I can thing of is over torquing. For the track bar replacements. I had the 1st gen of Carli track bars. And replaced a few frame mount bushings. The bushings was egg shaping over time and letting the bar k...

Re: 2006 Power Wagon new to forum

On the e-brake light. Look at where the cable hooks into the pedal assy. Push the pedal down, then release it. See if the cable pulls the pedal all the way up. If the cable looks like it's not. It either needs adjusted or one of the 3 cables is sticking and needs replaced. I had this happen to me th...

Re: 2006 Power Wagon new to forum

The arms look straight with no bends in them. So they're not Carli or Thuren.

The rear locker has to lock before the front if you didn't know that. Double check the rear locker connection since you had it apart.

Welcome to the forum.

The older 3G's used 2 different size bolts on the trackbar. Forget the sizes. '08 and up used 2 bolts the same larger size. You might want to check into this. Post pic's when you can so that we can see what you have.

Nice work Man! Would this work for an 05? I want in on the list if so.
Yes it will work on a 3rd gen, I have the connectors on order. I should have an update for the 3rd gen folks next week.
I'm waiting to see how the 3G turns out.
