Re: Hardwired Lockers with OEM Knob

I can see running the hardwire harness all the way to the rear axle if you were going to use an OEM connector, but if you’re going to cut the factory wires, might as well do it up at the firewall/engine bay where it would be better protected from the elements and save 10’+ of wire and loom frustrat...

Randy's is still my vote. My second choice would be a capable local transmission shop.

Re: MOAB 2018 - CANCELLED

What we did in the past was plan a vacation as a group in Moab. We never really discussed or planned trails ahead of the time. We would talk about the many trails and the awesomeness, but we would never officially plan ahead. We would meet up in Moab and only there we would suggest and on the fly de...

Tri-color jobs is what I like. White top(from the lower part of the back glass and up), and a gold metallic black lower with the base color a non metallic flame red. Either a blue or white pin stripe to separate the black and red.

Re: MOAB 2018 - Apr 30 - May 6

Copy that..Im sure that you know that the key to Moab is to keep groups small, and on different trails. You will piss off people (other groups) when you have a group of 15+ rigs clogging up a slow trail and they have to wait. Small groups= happy Groups=less dumb ass's=less feelings hurt=no big boy ...

Based on those of you I know, at least who I talk to frequently, and not just from last year, I think we'll have a really good group this year. Should be a good time all around. I just want to make a point, we're expecting people to adhere to Tread lightly and trail etiquette will be expected of ev...

Did you miss this? lol No reprogram required. I'm not sure it is fixable on this end. I have 3 damaged pins. As in broke off. I can rebuild it. It's not the first time. For me it's a straight forward rebuild. I do the harness as well. Aren't you busy with life all the time? :poke: Not that busy, lo...

Or you can weld the tube into the housings if you don't foresee a massive hit in the future. You can add a truss at a later date if you feel the need to.

Re: Thuren 3.0 KING on 2018 Powerwagon!

Majority of the time it's due to the hard hit on the bump stops. Rare occasions it's a failure on the plug weld from heavy articulation, locked, and in a turn.

Re: Lost oil pressure after high-speed offroad

You know, it could be as simple as the pressure sending unit. Changing one today as a matter of fact. It only had maybe 2500 miles on it and it went out the same way again, massive oil leak through the plug and on to the exhaust. Did the same random reading before it failed on both units. Had pretty...

Randy's Transmissions is the way to go and I only say that because it has been great to work with them. They took my P.O.S. ATS and actually built it unlike ATS did. ATS has been known to use less then stock quality or the cheapest components they can find and over advertise it as top shelf performa...
