Re: MOAB 2018 - Apr 30 - May 6

Based on those of you I know, at least who I talk to frequently, and not just from last year, I think we'll have a really good group this year. Should be a good time all around. I just want to make a point, we're expecting people to adhere to Tread lightly and trail etiquette will be expected of ev...

Re: BoldAdventures 2015 Power Wagon Build

Did you miss this? lol No reprogram required. I'm not sure it is fixable on this end. I have 3 damaged pins. As in broke off. I can rebuild it. It's not the first time. For me it's a straight forward rebuild. I do the harness as well. Aren't you busy with life all the time? :poke: Not that busy, lo...

Did you miss this? lol No reprogram required. Fix the plug and then correctly apply dielectric grease. I'm not sure it is fixable on this end. I have 3 damaged pins. As in broke off. I can rebuild it. It's not the first time. For me it's a straight forward rebuild. I do the harness as well.

Or you can weld the tube into the housings if you don't foresee a massive hit in the future. You can add a truss at a later date if you feel the need to.

Re: Thuren 3.0 KING on 2018 Powerwagon!

Majority of the time it's due to the hard hit on the bump stops. Rare occasions it's a failure on the plug weld from heavy articulation, locked, and in a turn.

Re: Lost oil pressure after high-speed offroad

You know, it could be as simple as the pressure sending unit. Changing one today as a matter of fact. It only had maybe 2500 miles on it and it went out the same way again, massive oil leak through the plug and on to the exhaust. Did the same random reading before it failed on both units. Had pretty...

Randy's Transmissions is the way to go and I only say that because it has been great to work with them. They took my P.O.S. ATS and actually built it unlike ATS did. ATS has been known to use less then stock quality or the cheapest components they can find and over advertise it as top shelf performa...

Alright guys, we had to close registration. The turn out this year is going to probably be the biggest it's every been. We're at our limit to even handle anyone else.

40 people is YUGE!!!
Correction:
It IS the largest potential turnout it's ever been.

After it's off, there's a rubber wheel drill attachment that makes it a breeze to clean the residual adhesive off. Only I can't remember what it's called at the moment...

I will buy 10, what colors are you doing them in?
So far, just the OG black with red stitch, with red letters and silver band. Talk to me and I'm sure we could come up with something. I have a hunch I know what Nena wants, lol.
