Re: 06 repower

Not a bad price for an entire new mill. However my vote is still for a shiny new one at those miles.

Re: Any Ordering Advice

Estimated arrival for the rail car in Albuquerque is 10/26. Says if they are backed up on deliveries they will just go over and pick it up.

Re: Anyone care to guess?

I mean how hard would it be for Ram to address this. I mean good ball joints would cost them 20.00, but I bet this fix is under 1.00 and they have to be logging plenty of warranty issues.

Re: Not turning over

Ok, so I had this Intl dump truck.....5 starters, the first 4 tested on the bench fine, the 5th time Vato Zone said last one, and that was fine it fired right up. Reman starters and Alternators are like playing Russian Ru let . Never know when it will fire. Nor for how many months before you need an...

Re: Not turning over

A word of caution on the starter. Typical of cheap remans they can work on a bench but not under load in the vehicle. Went through this painfully one time. Hard to believe you needed a starter on such a new vehicle?

Re: I put my order in

I requested a delivery date of late January. I won't be returning from deployment until then. My wife said to just have it delivered as soon as possible and she would pick it up... Oh man, the sales team will have some good wheeling trips in that time :poke: This is my first custom order as well. J...
Nice truck! When i was ordering a ‘16 i had to choose between the auto wipers/lights or the rear cargo camera. Couldnt have both.
Geesh that is almost as bad as " You want Omaha Orange buddy? Fine NO Ram boxes!" Some things never seem to make sense. Its interesting that both the Wi...

Re: 89 vs 91 Octane

The new Twin Turbo Raptor literally wont even run with out premium. So maybe it gets 1-2 mpg more but you have to pay 40 cents a gallon more. Hello

Re: Any Ordering Advice

Why Flame Red and Dual Alternators of course! Basically loaded, its one new truck in 13 years, why skimp. Luxury package with 8.4 U-Connect.(other screen is un-usable anyways) which gets you leather, heated everything, Alpine stereo, vented seats, 115V outlet, auto headlamps, rain sensing wipers, Ke...

Re: Exhaust Help

You guys are wussies. You never had to drive a 1,000 miles with Super Swampers. After 45 minutes. They put most people to sleep, or give them a headache. Thing I like about swampers is if you are waiting to meet a rig somewhere and they have Swampers you can hear them 20 Minutes away. Bette...

Re: Occasionally exceeding payload?

Thats about a 1000lbs over. Frankly a lot for any truck. But once a month for ten miles? I don't see that as a huge issue, I have done so far worse I don't want to start a flame war here about how dangerous I am. Its one thing to do that, another to drive 500 miles over loaded, or drive 80 on the hi...
