Re: MOAB 2017 - May 1-7

The rugged radios are typically just Chinese vhf/uhf business or ham radios, they're actually illegal to use without a license too but RR does their best to conceal that. It may already have FRS/GMRS frequencies, or you can get the programming cable and add them with the CHIRP software. If you want ...

Re: MOAB 2017 - May 1-7

Sort of, the FRS/GMRS band is ~462MHz, which is basically the 70cm band. With a baofeng or modified 70cm radio you can program these frequencies and communicate with the group. Re: MOAB 2017 - May 1-7

I'm confirmed, probably camping at Ken's Lake. A comms suggestions, if I may. Re: Had to drop new Wagon off for service.

My 2015 that I purchased in April has not exhibited any of those symptoms, for what it's worth.

I've only noticed HSA apply while off-road.

My driver's seat squeaks on bumpy roads, but it seems to come and go... not sure what's up with that but I'm not sure I care enough to deal with the dealership.

Re: Bottom plastic air dam

For what it's worth, the new AEV bumper instructions call for removing them. They refer to them as "compatibility hardware." The Jeep JK also has a "compatability beam" for the reasons previously mentioned, but it was welded in place on the JK, I cut that off of mine and regretted it later because m...
