Re: Wheel hop, axle wrap...

I honestly think it has more to do with being an 8000 pound truck in loose terrain trying to gain traction, as apposed to a severe suspension design flaw. They all do it. My 06 3/4 ton had it horribly too. My 2000 dodge half ton did it too. My new jeep jk gets it too. It will come and go depending o...

Re: Show my colors..

Us guys with '10-'12s can get a factory upfitter switch cluster that replaces the Ram insert under our heater/vent knobs. Pretty neat, sucks they only made them for that interior. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160219/0ea5a4e4488361a6a302b64c265de9a2.jpg The new interior has that option as well.

He sound's like your typical Troll except for the fact he actually own's the truck. Im just a troll! But I do want the truck... even with the nannies! I like to hear the good AND the bad. Re: New Member, Wondering how people like their PW

Hey snowsled, I wonder if you have a bad ABS wheel sensor? The reason I say this is that my last Jeep JK had terrible problems with electronic nannies due in part to a few bad ABS wheel sensors. I had an ABS sensor fail, but I didn't know it had failed. All I knew is that the Jeep was acting very w...

Nope, it's not. Looks like old '70's Macho Wagon they had. ... and I didn't much care for it back then either. It's not so much the paint scheme, it's the HUGE RAM that's too much. The ram lettering dosnt bother me as much as that grill does. I dont know, I just havnt liked it since I saw it ...

@nts007 That was beautifully said, just about brought a tear to my eye. Seriously though that was well said! Well this helped me out a lot, later this year I'm going to trade in my Gen 1 Titan for a PW. I love my Titan but it can't pull worth a damb because of the gearing (3.36on the Pro4X), ...

Re: 35's fit on stock 2014 and later Power Wagon?

I run 35x12.5 x 18 Nitto M/T's on stock suspension and they have never rubbed. I actually picked the Nitto's because they run wider than most 12.5" tires. That's because you have aftermarket wheels with less backspacing. Put that tire on a stock wheel and she will rub. Not true... I ran 35x12.5x17 ...

Here's a great review, though the test rig was a Samuri, this guy took these tires to many different states to put the tires through all types of extreme terrain: rain, smooth slippery rocks, sharp cutting rocks, deep deep snow, flat desert running, washboards, & on road driving slow & highway spee...

Re: 35's fit on stock 2014 and later Power Wagon?

I think I found my new tire... Like I stated before, on my previous 2500 I ran 285/75R17 Toyo AT2's like 04Ram2500Hemi has. They were a great tire and balanced with little weight and were smooth as silk at all speed's. So tonight I was on Toyo's website comparing the actual size difference between ...

Well, I have had my truck for over a year now. Forgot I made an account here and just recently found it again. Just a few mods since I picked it up. Yeah, but its only in the half ton. They need a stronger tranny for the hd trucks.

I have not read about any release date for the 8 speed in the hd rams yet. Which means it will probably be quite a while yet.

Re: 35's fit on stock 2014 and later Power Wagon?

The only downfall is tire choices are a bit limited with that size. I wish more company's would jump back on the tall/skinny pizza cutter bandwagon! The SuperSwamper SSR's are 35x10.5 R17, which is a true Pizza Cutter and fits a lot of the 2500/3500 series trucks with no rubbing on turns. http://ww...

Re: New Member, Wondering how people like their PW

Do your research and order a vehicle with the options that you want. I had a 2013 Powerwagon and it would only get about 13mpg on the highway. I really had to wind up the rpm's when towing anything very heavy. So I ordered the 2014 Laramie with all the options I wanted and am super happy with every...
