Re: Had to drop new Wagon off for service.

Its a different trucks and trans, but my 06 ram 2500 would kind of do the same thing with the trans issue you are experiencing. What i finally came to determine was every time I let the truck sit for a while (at least over night) when I started it back up and put it in gear there would be a long hes...

Re: F'n electronic nanny strikes on trail

AEV is supposed to be coming out with a ProCal for the Ram but it doesn't appear to be out yet, on their site atleast. It is out but only available in their lift kit as of now. They are supposed to offer it as a standalone option soon though. Know what all the tuner can do? Does it allow locker ope...

Re: F'n electronic nanny strikes on trail

My DiabloSport Trinity has the option to completely turn off the traction control and ABS system on the fly, and then it automatically comes back on after a simple key cycle. I've used it a few times playing around on gravel roads and I can tell ya it COMPLETELY disables all of it. It turns into a ...

Re: F'n electronic nanny strikes on trail

Anybody (olyelr) know if this is similar to the purple wire mod on the JKs? Olyelr has a write up on JK Forum. Have to assume somebody smarter than me, which isn't saying much, has a way to bypass this? I was wondering the same thing myself. I know the traction control on my Jeep is horrible off ro...

The prospector package does come with the wheels and 37" tires. The raised air intake is an added option.

So far their lifts for the ram only use spacers for the actual height increase, so the factory springs/rates remain the same.

Re: Am I the only one who likes the "work truck" look better

Thanks. Yes, Dennis Dillon was a very good experience for me. Best price I could find in the continental US by almost 8%. They put in a factory remote start and spray in bed liner and picked me up at the airport. 2 hours later I was on my way home with the truck at the price they quoted me a month ...

Re: Am I the only one who likes the "work truck" look better

Yeah I kinda agree. When I first started getting serious about buying a new one, I really wanted the laramie interior without all the exterior chrome and painted flares. But that is not an option. Hell you cant even get a loaded SLT with leather anymore. Now after looking at them for the last year, ...

What you are looking for is the tradesman model then. As long as you dont need all the fancy jazz inside.

The tradesman does not have the side graphics. Just the tailgate one.

Heres a link to the thread i was referring to. Less than 35.5" tall when not even under a vehicle. Kinda pitifull to call it a 37" tire imo.

Not to mention the BFG's run quite small height wise too. I have seen the new 37" ko2's which dont really even measure 36".

Hell I can't even get a value on mine its a 15 but I was told by dealers its worth 40k tops. Means I lost like 8k in 6mo... you got it. hence why buying a vehicle 1-2 years old is a great deal cause you don't take the big hit the minute you leave the dealer asphalt. mike Yep, only time it shook out...

The tailgate sticker only could have been a tradesman PW. That is the only PW identification my '15 Tradesman came with. http://i1204.photobucket.com/albums/bb414/Mountainman523/IMG_0668.jpg If it has the black along the bottom, then it is a SLT with graphics deleted.
