Re: Diff fluid change? Rookie help.

Great thread, it has answered a ton of questions I had too. Do y’all use anything in particular to clean out the interior of the diffs and magnets or just wipe them clean?

Re: New Rear Bumper?

100% with you on the Kinzer front bumper. They are very nice. It’s on my list too. I wish they offered a model for stock fog lights and a matching back bumper too. 2nd that! Kinzer with stock fog lights and I can’t find a rear bumper I’m completely happy with either. 😆 is this a SNL skit?!? Ha!!! Y...

Re: New Rear Bumper?

Right now I'm stuck on 775Fab or Kinzer front bumper and the ADD Stealth Fighter rear bumper. Best options I've found so far. If I was 100% happy i'd have already pulled the trigger. Re: Good gasket for diffs?

Not bad at all. I’m on the other side of the county in the hills. The creeks and tanks are full in the pasture. The mud is something else. I’ve only taken the 4 wheeler into the pasture. I hate cleaning mud off vehicles, age and old injuries are creeping up on me.

Just looked up the filtermag. Good advice and yet another upgrade I can add without getting the house dragon involved.

Re: Good gasket for diffs?

Cheap insurance and easy enough. Anything besides the usual and clean magnets to look for? Or anything to add while I’m in it?

Thanks, I’m at right under 10k and haven’t pulled anything other than av12’ at trailer. I’ll probably wait to change the fluid.

I really wish manufacturers would leave there advertising off of stuff and stuff shit didn’t have to have a theme like spider...

Re: Overland Bed rack

As of now after the pics and thinking about it. I’m leaning towards fabricating my own and combing several aspects. Like a road shower mount and tire shelf. If i decide to go this route it will be steel as well. I think steel welds hold up better off road and it’s not like the trucks are going to lo...

Re: New Rear Bumper?

I think hammerhead makes a rear bumper that has additional support or extensions that secure to the frame where the shackles attach.

Re: Possible camp out in central Texas?

You’re more than welcome to the proposed event. It seems we’re kinda on the same page. My days of field dressing a deer in freezing weather are done and done. I’d rather hangout at camp have a few drinks and make some chili or burn some steaks too. I still like to predator/ varmint hunt although not ...

Possible camp out in central Texas?

I’m new to this group and was wondering how many of y’all are from the central Texas area? I live near the Burnet Lampasas County line in the hill country. I don’t know if this is the right place or if I should post this without asking a moderator. So here it goes...My family has a ranch and we’ve l...

Overland Bed rack

I apologize if this is a dead horse, I am a newb. I’ve been looking around at overland bed racks and I am curious as to what has worked for y’all? The good the bad and the ugly. Who’s using what and how they perform. I’ve looked at Nutzo ( I like there’s a lot ), Leitner and Wilico. I’m really not a...

Re: Howdy y’all

Welcome. Another White 2018...you've got great taste :D Thank you! We anticipated towing my wife’s rubicon with it. But after taking it on the long road trip and realizing not only was it more more comfortable but a VERY capable vehicle off road then we’ve decided to overland in it. Canyon lands in...

Howdy y’all

2nd attempt, Stumbled onto this forum and had to join. It’s a wealth of information and experience. I had wanted a powerwagon for many years then finally ordered one from my local dealership in Lampasas. Put about 2k on it then the wife and I headed through Texas, New Mexico , Arizona and out to Ut...
