Re: Lost my best buddy last night
I had to put down our loyal friend Patches at 16 years old as she had cancer and was in major pain. It really tore me up then and still brings tears to my eyes when I recall her friendship and loyalty. We have a new friend and call her Gidget she isn't even close to the dog Patches was but we love h...

Re: Let's just hope......
I would gladly pay 30% to get an American built PW. I already pay a premium for American built items. I don't ever use the automated checkouts and speak as loud as I can when asked to move to one " I will not participate in a program that is used to replace people"! I have come to vehemently hate th...

Re: Let's just hope......
Well I have to say the media is at it again. I have a hispanic coworker who said he watched the inauguration on and off while coooking and drinking with family and friends and was disgusted by the event. I said really what was it you didn't like. He said there wasn't many people there and most that ...

If we would have protested like that when Obami got elected, we would be called racist, a hate monger, etc, etc.. But it seems ok to do it when the non working americans don't get their way. Funny how that works. We could not have protested even if we wanted to---------know why---------BECAUSE WE H...

Re: H2 wheels and 35" Toyo ATII tires
I don't drive the truck as often as I once did, but yes I do like them. However I will go back to the Yokohama AT-S or similar as I like the on road manners much better than the Toyo.

I really think this is a great leap in empowering the Citizenry to hold the electoral process accountable. This is an polling app that has so much potential. Yes it is free. It depends on high participation numbers to be accurate and useful. I believe this to be an important tool for making election...

Check your park brake cable and locker as well as ABS wires for being stressed and needing to be extended or rerouted. Also check drive shaft clearance at the skid plate cross brace. I had issues with my wires, park brake cable and drive shaft hitting the cross brace.

Re: Interco Trxus M/T - Thoughts?
I have Toyo AT2's and like them. However I was far happier with the performance and ride of the Yokohoma AT2 tires. So once my Toyo's wear out I'm going back to them. They will however do nothing for my ego.

Yea Rusty that's the norm unfortunately. On one of my vacation trips to the Safari Factory there was a retired couple who sold their home and bought the then top of the line Panther 425hp Cat flagship motor home. Seems that in under 3 months of full time in the RV they had spent 2 of them at the Fa...

Re: Camper follies
Rusty there are a ton more downsides! I have a racing buddy who hates his unit but can't seem to sell it. It won't fit most campgrounds and high centers constantly. Has no real basement storage and worst of all it is way over $1500.00 + in monthly payments for 20 years. Not a good plan if you ask me...

You will need to contact them for specific features available for your year. Until I took my truck to them there were no PW features at all. The list is not a list of features it is a list of possible features depending on year make and model. Obviously you cant adjust TPMS if your car doesn't have ...

I have it and it is worth every penny for me as I'm a mechanic and use it all the time. I have used it to test my locker operation set tire size headlight delay. There is a learning curve but there are videos on YouTube on how to use it. Do a search here and you will find a few threads about it on h...

I had a 1996 Safari Class A diesel pusher and after almost 3 years of careful documentation and 7 vacation warranty trips to Bend Oregon (the rain and mud nightmare of the US) We finally won our Lemon Law claim. They settled out of court for full purchase price plus all interest paid and all added p...

Ive enjoyed your posts and all your support! I can understand your refocus. I am in a similar boat as my house isn't done and I'm starting the next phase of the build. At times I'm struggling to get my focus and priorities aligned, with my life's timeline and the finite future we are all given. In s...

My favorite thing is that it is paid off and everything still works. Next best thing is the lifetime factory bumper to bumper warranty!

You are one lucky guy to still be alive after two near misses! I wouldn't count on a third successful close brush with deadly incident.

I find the chalk method to work the best. I ended up at 42 front and 37 rear on my 2009 no major winch rigging gear and a full tank. You have to do the chalk test when the tires are fairly new though.

I buy direct even if suppliers have the part but Thuren doesn't have it in stock and I have to wait for his next production run. I want to reward the man behind the development and innovation.
