Rebel TRX Concept

I have seen the new Ram Rebel TRX concept in the news over the last few days. It seems like a sweet truck. I love the side dump exhaust built in, the 37's and the supercharged 6.2 l. This would sure be a fun truck. :jawdrop: http://www.motortrend.com/news/ram-rebel-trx-concept-hellcat-powered-off-ro...

I ran at 27 psi in the front and 22 in the rear. It was probably the most fun I've ever had. Thanks to everybody for letting me tag along.

It looks like I'll be able to be there the 6th and 7th. I will be having a family campout, so I will only be able to go on one or two trails.

I had the same issue with my '06. I just drilled the hole and made it fit. It works great.

I've been looking at these and debating which size to get, but I think you just persuaded me to get the 315/70/17s instead of the 285/70/17.

Re: Help please! Tips on removing the front rotor

Mine is an '06, but I just had to hit it with a big hammer. Of course there was a board in between the hammer and the rotor to avoid damaging the rotor. It was quite rusted on.

Re: Cooper ST Maxx

You should like them. Mine have about 30,000 miles on them and still have 7-8/32 tread left on them (except the one that the wore out quicker due to misalignment). I'll definitely be buying another set when the time comes.

Re: Towing 10k lbs?

One concern I have is with the 9400 lb bumper pull trailer. I could be wrong, but am pretty sure there are no hitches made for our trucks rated to pull that much weight unless you with a 5th wheel or goose neck. The 2.5 " receiver on the pw is rated at 17000 lbs pull/ tongue?likely around 1700 lbs....

Re: More tire questions?

I was out the door at my dealership with 285/70/17 E Cooper ST Maxx at $1300. That was in July. Check them out. They are very aggressive for an all terrain tire.

Re: General grabber at2?

You should really look at the Cooper S/T Maxx. I have about 12,000 miles on them and really like them. So far they have been good in the snow. The only time I have gotten stuck was when I was pushing snow with the bumper. They are wearing quite nicely also, there is very little wear. I think I shoul...

Re: Easiest way to get 35's on 4th gen

For all that work and money I would just keep the 33's on and love your wagon. In my opinion there is no way to justify spending thousands of dollars on new suspension and tires on a brand new truck just so you can have bigger tires. Drive it until those start wearing out, then replace them.

What would really be enticing would be a smaller cummins. They make 4 cyl cummins. That's what comes in a lot of the bread delivery trucks. That would be awesome in a half ton or power wagon.

New Shoes

I picked up some new tires at the dealership on Friday. :excited: They were actually $30 per tire cheaper than everybody else. I got the Cooper ST Maxx. Let me just say that they look amazing. They are very aggressive :D . So far they ride well, almost no noise from them. One of the best things abou...
