Re: Can the steering be made right?

I've replaced everything between the frame and the knuckles, and the biggest improvement I had was when I installed the Synergy Manufacturing heavy duty steering kit.I had someone turn the wheels while I was checking the stock tie-rod assembly, and it was actually bowing a little bit There's still a l...

The factory wheels have that lip on the inside as well. Hummer H2 wheels are made the same way,but are 1/2 inc...

Re: SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME- front axle binding

Best educated guess...front axle u-joints.
Are they the originals???
You can't move them enough in the axle to see if they're bad.
I had the same steering issue you described on my '05 Cummins and I replaced the joints and it was fine afterward

Re: Front King 2.5"s?

You could get a set of front/rear Overlands for $300 to tide you over until you can afford all 4 Kings at once.
I've had them on mine for over a year, around 35k miles and 2 trips to Moab on them. They work extremely well in all kinds of terrain.
I'll be swapping to Kings soon(on order)

Has anyone considered contacting a company like Deaver Spring directly? They built me a couple of custom long travel leaf packs in the past and I've spoken to them about coils for my bronco. They (and other full spring shops) can definitely build you a spring to suit your needs Mike. Just depends i...

Re: My Power Wagon doesn't hurt my kidneys now

I have a similar setup except I went Thuren 3" front/lift shackles rear and Thuren Overlands with 37s.
I also have the MetalCloak arms, and they work great.
I removed my swaybar assembly entirely.
This setup worked very well in Moab last year
