Re: Brake Pads
So, any specific parts for the 4G truck brakes?
Mine make a helluva racket when they are cold but when they warm up it goes away. I think it is just road grime but it is annoying!
Planning to get them changed at my next oil change if I can find the right parts.

Re: My Power Wagon in an ad!
Nice! I'm on there too, along with Winger for the 4G Power Wagons! I'm honestly curious how many of those bumpers he sells. Is it just the two of us? (In my picture you can see my old bumper in the box of my truck) Haha EDIT: We need to get that rear bumper now so he has some decent 4G PW rear bump...

I was just cracking a joke that you need a real truck in Canada..... HahaHP4 wrote:I don't get it, why is it funny? lol
I get that a jeep would be better for trails but I need a truck for outside of all that.
Up where I am from, a truck works just fine on the FSRs.

Re: Need advice trading in Ford Raptor
Well to start off I use to live in Arizona so at the time a raptor was practical for going very fast in the desert. Now that I've moved to northern Canada I'm getting into trail scene and for obvious reason I'm looking to trade it in for a 2014 Power Wagon . I apologize to everyone in advance, but ...

Nothing personal...But I haven't seen an after market front bumper that looks as good OR has better approach angle than the stock bumper..been here since 2006..the only one I like (if I had to) is the Aluminess - cuz it isn't a battle ship anchor. Re: Wingerak92's Sagebrush Wagon
So, after some quick rough measurements, with the stock flares I would barely cover the additional 2.1 inches of tire sticking out, so if I went with the Bushwacker Extend-a-flare I would be covered with an almost stock look.

Re: Need advice trading in Ford Raptor
Coming from Northern Canada myself, a good set of 35s are all you need. Depending on your area (Northwestern Canada gets a lot of snow) you'd need to adapt for that and huge tires don't do so well in the snow. I can't personally answer the lift question... There are guys with much more experience Th...

Re: Strange unknown part found
I second Trouble Makers opinion. Bicycle seats also have a similar part (one on each side) that clamps down on the seat rails underneath the seat. Mine doesn't have that, but other styles may. Looks to me like it is a mounting tab of some sort. If you don't hear rattling, you're probably good. Some...

Got everything installed, went smoothly and really impressed so far. Although couldn't believe how much grease was needed for these things, used two whole tubs of Mobil 1. The dynalocs are super easy to lock and I love how short they are. They barely stick past the tires with stock wheels on. My da...

Might as well make a point of accentuating the "Made in USA" on the centre cap!
Buying North American!
They are also metal caps!
