Re: Trackhawk

This makes me wonder how the Rebel TRX will sell once it comes out? Rumors of a 7.0L with over 500hp and a 6.2L Hellcat with the 707hp are floating around the internet and different forums. I think it's going to be interesting to sit back and watch. I'm not sure I need 707hp in a truck, but 500hp s...

Re: Wagonless

After 2 years, 8 months, and 115,000 miles I got sick of the MPG and traded my wagon in for a Cummins. My head immediately grew 4 sizes, my hat bill straightened, and my dick shrunk. The front end weighs a billion pounds, operates like a u boat in the mud, and I had to trim plastic before I took it...

Dick's doesn't haven't much in the way of weapons of mass destruction at our store anyway. i buy hunting clothes, guns, and ammo elsewhere.

but now i gotta find a new sporting goods store for kids. Dick's did have a good selection of that stuff for baseball.

Re: Lawn mower follies....

Would running 2 fuel filters on such a small engine starve it of fuel ? what i mean...my oem fuel filter outlet had a 10" or so rubber fuel line going to carb. that particular fuel line eroded thanks to ethanol and went straight to the carb. so i installed a new fuel filter as close as possible to ...

Re: Lawn mower follies....

i was told by a mechanic not to use fuel stabilizer for the winter but to run aircraft grade fuel through for the winter.

and yes......ethanol rots rubber quick so make sure you have a fuel filter on the inlet side of the carb.

Re: Unfortunately I need to sell my PW

i think the price is too high. it's an 06' and probably has some good miles. it may be a preferred year of pw....like my 05' was, but alot of people don't look at it that way except the die hards.

48" high lift is fine. any bigger and it just gets really scary. i've used mine alot and it's my favorite tool but also the scariest tool. so be careful.

that front bumper is intimidating enough. has to weight a ton..... and doesn't rhino lining the whole truck add several hundred pounds?

Re: Thoughts ? 2008 QC G-56

i dunno. i feel yer gonna take a big hit on the pw. customized trucks are alot like framed art. it's all a matter of what the buyer will pay, not what the seller wants.

and your better off holding onto the 4runner being less than a year old.

Re: Need to be talked into, or out of purchasing a new PW

from the want specs you provided....you don't need a 3/4 ton, don't need an 8k cummins, and don't need an off-road package. perhaps your better off in a 1/2 ton 4wd. if you really want a diesel, get the eco diesel. the 2500 cummins 4x4 offroad package i now own is NOT friendly off-road. but it's wor...

holy smokes TwinStick. that is really screwed up siding. and yes, today's public teachers with a degree are dumb as rocks. i wonder when you get new siding if there will be a warranty to cover future problems. if so, perhaps the siding company will go after the neighbors? just make sure they know of...

Re: Another Death Wobble post

On the early 3G PWs, the DW was tied to the BFG AT/Ko Load Range D tires, and there was a Dodge TSB to that effect. When I bought my '05, KORE told me to switch the tires to LR-E for additional sidewall stiffness, so I went with Toyo 35s and have never had DW on the PW. I put the the BFGs on my old...
