Re: Winch rope

I believe it comes with 85' of 7/16 wire rope. I have installed 100' of 7/16 synthetic so I also can confirm it does fit. Sorry I have no idea how much 1/2 will fit.

Re: Hawse Fairlead

I put 100' of 7/16" Custom Splice's Diamond line on it. The extra length fits just fine.

Hawse Fairlead

I changed to synthetic winch cable from Custom Splice. They recommend not using roller fairleads (even new ones) with synthetic line. One of the members here posted pictures of his hawse fairlead he mounted using aluminum stock. I don't have access to aluminum so I used 1/4" angle iron. Here is what...

Just a few drops from the front and back for me. Enough to put something under it but no measurable loss.

Re: Power Wagon Picture Thread

Here are pictures of my 2017 I got a couple of months ago. I finally got around to take a few pictures. It's a little dirty. LOL https://i.imgur.com/eWTwBtL.jpg I added a Randy Ellis light bar mount and a Rigid lights. The bar and lights are great. https://i.imgur.com/skAOb0N.jpg I am to short to st...

Re: Diff guards

I just went through this. I installed them today. I decided on the Caril front guard and the Purple Cranium rear guard. I got the Purple Cranium rear guard because Caril doesn't make a rear guard. The Caril guard is sweet. https://i.imgur.com/XPpCeWL.jpg It has a lip on the bottom of it that forms a...

Re: Transmission/crossover pipe skidplate

I bought a new Power Wagon a couple of months ago. I just placed an order for the skids. I went camping this weekend and scraped the front differential on a rock I didn't see. It didn't hurt the cover this time but after smacking the rock my wife prompted me to order a set of diff guards. After read...

Re: Any Ordering Advice

My 2017 was $59,115 I paid $49,100.00. Which included a $3,500 rebate. I have no idea if it is a good buy or not. Seemed reasonable to me and I had wanted a Power Wagon for years so I accepted their offer. They added the tube steps that were never added to the sales price. I am not sure but I believ...

Re: "Welcome Thread"

New owner here. I bought a 2017 about a month ago. I replaced a 2000 2500 V-10. The old V-10 still runs great but after owning for 16 years it was time to upgrade. What an upgrade. I do like this new Ram!

I had been lurking for a while and thought I should post something. Great site.
