Re: Security/Safe Door or Box

I think so. http://www.offroad-review.com/wp_/console-vault-security-storage/ I have this one in a 2016. I love it. Sent from my SM-N976V using Tapatalk This fits under the center seat in a Power Wagon? If so that looks great. Yeah, in that hidden section. Sent from my SM-N976V using Tapatalk

Re: Security/Safe Door or Box

Ideally I would like to add a safe to the lower part of the center console (below the middle front seat) in my 2019 PW. Does anyone know if one exists? I see many safe product options but can’t figure out if any would work for the lower console area in the PW. Is the space the same as a 2013-2018? ...

Re: Tow/Haul Mode in the Back Country

I'm headed home from the two week expedition and I heeded y'all's advice, using tow/haul almost all of the way. It truly shines going through the mountains on steep descents with the engine braking. Driving through KS and MO on the way home, I turned it off due to the flat terrain and the truck not...

FCA reimbursed me for the Synergy drag link. Sent from my SM-N976V using Tapatalk Maybe your case is the exception and your claim was processed by the right person. I have read anecdotal accounts that support what I was told by the dealer. The fact they refused to order the part and all the other e...

Re: Overland 1.5 inch Spring w/King OEM 2.5 Shock

Swapping the front springs out would also motivate me to get the Synergy drag link to replace the fubar welded unit the truck came with. I was thinking about doing this, but FCA will not reimburse because it not a genuine MOPAR part and not the approved fix. I didn't make that up, but what the deal...

Re: 2018 vs 2019 First impressions

Ok y’all... So I’ve owned both an 18 and now a new 19. To be honest when I got the 18 I was disappointed on the first day I got it because I had traded up from a ‘16 Rebel and the lack of pep from extra weight and having a 6-speed trans was hard to swallow. The Rebel always felt like a race car and...

Re: Gears?

When you set the Procal you can't just set it for 37s. Basically download a GPS app to your phone, measure your tires, and then test drive and adjust until your mph from the gps is within +/- 1mph of the speedometer. Also, you might need the dealer to do the transmission relearn if it was never done...

What he said. I shoulda added that spacer from the start. I added it later with just the front springs and still have it installed with Kings and full Thuren.

But your saying the 37x13.50R17E had a softer sidewall than the 37x12.50R17D? That literally blows my mind... Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk Not exactly. It was a result of a few things working together. The sidewall itself is not "softer." The sidewall on the x13.5 is very durable/thick. The...

Re: Cooper or Maxxis?

I'm on my 3rd set of 37" Cooper STT Pros. Nothing but good things to say overall, but there is some variation based on size. I've run these tires year round and found them to perform well overall. First set was 37X13.50R17LT . Required little weight to balance. Very tough/heavy tire. 85 PSI max E r...

Re: Upgrading to 35’s

I did the Autel Rental the first time. One if the recalls undid everything. Had to buy a Procal to reset it again. But what it didn't undo was the dealer reset of the BCM that needed to be done BUT AlphaOBD can maybe do that? Not sure, haven't checked.

Lots of people. It's fine. Guys went to Moab many times with a 35 stuffed up there and flexed the shit out of the truck. No issue.

What he said. The wiggle is the rear trackbar and its shitty angle. Fix that with Thuren Rear trackbar. The squat is Airlift 5000 Ultimates with Daystar cradles.

Re: Rear Springs tuftruck ttc-1225

Ahh... this. This is a problem I've solved. Part of that is the weak ass Duratrac sidewalls acting all squirrelly. Another part is to add the airbags mentioned above. There are a few writeups on this site on the setup. Another part is the terrible angle of the rear trackbar. You address those three ...

I'm fairly sure your math is off. I won't go in a parking garage under 7'3". I think I can maybe clear a 7'2" or 7'1" MAYBE... but not a 7.
