Re: 2011 Front locker plug in
Thanks, I think that first diagram is the one I need, but it's to blurry to read. I read through that thread too. I ended up hooking it up according to a different diagram all together, but I'm still not certain it's correct, as I couldn't get the locker light on the dash to quit blinking. Reasonabl...

2011 Front locker plug in
Hello, I'm working on a friend's 2011 PW. His dogs chewed the wiring off the plug for the front locker, and I can't seem to find a proper diagram to put this back together. I have two yellow wires with a blue stripe, one yellow wire with a red stripe, and one yellow wire with a green stripe. I bough...

Re: Portable Air Compressor
Ya, I got a Puma in my watch list on ebay $234 free shipping. Lots of good reviews on the web. Haven't given up on the York setup yet, but its been in the same half finished state for close to a year now.

Re: Portable Air Compressor
Numbers on the 2781 model are pretty good. 5.65CFM @ 0psi, 40min, duty @75deg. Portability would be nice too. Now ya got me looking again.

Re: Portable Air Compressor
Ya, with the stock airbox I wasn't real happy with the amount of room I had around the compressor, and I wasn't real happy with the CAI when it was on the truck. The main reason I was going the York route to begin with, was because I already had all the parts, fittings, etc. It kind of got put on th...

Re: Portable Air Compressor
I can't find the pictures of it now, but I believe it was mounted on a Hemi engine that had been transplanted into a Jeep of some kind, with a non-stock air box setup. Think it was a link on Dodgetalk. Either way I remember for sure the compressor was to the left of the alternator laying on its side...

Re: Portable Air Compressor
I've been looking at air systems for my 3g non-PW ram 2500 Hemi truck as well. I have all the parts, and most of the fabrication done to put a big displacement York piggy-backed off the alternator like Jeepspeed does it. However, every time I hold it up for positioning of the compressor, I just can'...

Re: Winching and Recovery 101
SOB! I like that a lot! When doing chores around the property, I get inpatient waiting on the winch. It would be awesome for dragging trees, brush and what not. I love my MU-2 on my 48', not horribly fast, but not to slow either. Really takes some "training" though and you learn not to get in...

Re: Winching and Recovery 101
Yeah, Europe has 4x4 competitions that emphasize winching. It's weird to me but some cool products have come about from it. I've been eyeing the gigglepin dual motor kit for warn 8274 for a few years. Yeah I've had an 8274 on a couple of pickups. Very good winch. I can't imagine a scenario where a ...

Re: Winching and Recovery 101
Those are pretty sweet. Those guys hooking that up and rigging everything have more balls than I do. Ain't no way is hell I'd lay a hand on any part of that other than the hook when that's spooling in that fast, or stand near it when they're putting it under load on a hillside. I'm with you, I woul...

M37 axles, T-case.
M37 axles, transfer case, and loose front long side axle shaft (they appear to be mostly there. I don't know much about'em they were in with some FFPW parts I bought). Some miscellaneous first series flat fender PW parts. Parts are located just outside Lewiston ID. They're HEAVY!! Make me an offer (...

Re: Charging system
Hmmm, well I got the cables that were hooked directly to the winch motor, and I believe their was some extra wiring that was connected in with that. But just in case, email sent.
Thanks!

Thanks, its my DD/wheeler/fence puller/log skidding machine. I like my 05' too, but mostly it just sits in the garage because I'm afraid to scratch it.
