WANTED 14+ complete OEM exhaust
Looking for a complete stock exhaust for a 14+ truck (6.4 engine, giant muffler with dingleberry resonator preferred) I cut mine apart a while ago, and would like to quiet my truck down as I've been towing more lately and my Magnaflow setup has gotten pretty loud. It would be great if someone in SoC...

Re: Power Wagon Picture Thread
Shit happens when you party on the rocks! Glad that didn't happen at speed! I wan't thrilled when I re-centered my wheel after the lift and saw how much it was threaded out... Synergy has some prototype steering kits floating around out there for our trucks that should add some strength when availab...

Re: Tire Feedback
Yup, got them mounted up yesterday after work. I thought the 35's were perfect at stock height, but they were looking a bit small after installing the taller springs. The 35's are going to be put under my Ranger.

Re: Tire Feedback
I’ve been really happy with my 35/12.5/17 Toyo RTs. 25k mi so far and they’re between 10/32 and 11/32 (for reference, new is 18/32). I came across a set of 5 brand new 37/12.5/17 RTs in the classifieds near me so I jumped on them. The height/width looks great, and I think they fill out the wheel wel...

Re: Yellowranger1's Blue Wagon
Thanks Mike, I'll check them out. That'll be really helpful to compare apples to apples with where mine sits. Olyelr - Yup, I went into it knowing the perceived squat would likely be an issue. What I wasn't counting on was the front springs providing as much lift as they did lol. Instead of gaining ...

Re: Yellowranger1's Blue Wagon
Sorry for the lack of attention in here! I did get the rear Carli springs installed. Unloaded, the truck sits dead level and rides nice. I've driven it with the new springs and Kings all around, as well as the bilstiens, and even with stock shocks, they're a definite improvement over stock springs. ...

Re: 2018 Power Wagon, White Rhino
HOT DAMN, literally! My exhaust is chopped just like that, and I've been hauling ass up long hills around Mammoth/Big Bear, etc. loaded with camping gear, no trailer though. I guess I'm going to play it safe and get that re-routed asap LOL. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the steering br...

Re: Thuren 3.0 KING on 2018 Powerwagon!
The 3.0s will be badass! I think my favorite part about them is that they're coming in black cerakote... DROOL. I'm really happy with the performance of my 2.5s, the 3.0s will only be better. Congrats on the killer setup! Where are you located? I know one guy down my way who ordered the 3.0s but he'...

I like them, they look sporty. For the price, I'd have to get a set of Walker Evans wheels though.

Another vote for the Carli front guard. Stout, and sleek.\

This happened on my 16 last year on my way to Moab... Cruise control, about 80mph and got that on the screen. Hasn't happened since though, interesting to see its a persistent problem on yours. Good luck and definitely keep us updated.

Here’s what the shims (valving) from a king 2.5 look like. This is the compression stack from my other truck.

Re: Yellowranger1's Blue Wagon
LOTS of different ways to skin a cat with the spring rates and valving, starts to make your head spin when you think you've finally understood something, then start talking to someone that does it for a living lol. I've never set up shocks on a truck this heavy that has varying loads and needs to be...

Adding to this, if anyone is in SoCal, CJC off road can clear the TPMS light if you get you get your PIN #s. I'm going to stop by to have them do it next time I'm in the area.

Re: Tire Feedback
I have 37x12.50 Toyo R/Ts on my factory wheels on my 2012. Got them over the summer and this is my first winter on them. So far I couldn't be happier. I fell for the balance beads when i got them and they were a little rough but it was easily corrected with good old fashioned balancing. No squishy ...

Re: Yellowranger1's Blue Wagon
Nice truck & mods ! Are the front coil springs linear rate or progressive rate ? Just curious. Thanks! The front springs are linear rate, like Thurens. I'm not sure how the Carli and Thuren rates compare though. My springs were labeled driver/passenger side specific and it looks like that ...

Re: Yellowranger1's Blue Wagon
I wonder if you could have Carli put in their valving (valves and tuning) to match the rear spring rates? They use modified valves so you can't just tune factory King's and get the same outcome. Carli and Thuren are pretty tight lipped about their valving specs, and thats a-ok. It takes a lot of ti...

Re: Yellowranger1's Blue Wagon
What you described above is pretty much Carli's suspension design philosophy "softer ride with more control and bottom-out resistance in the backcountry". Do you plan on getting their rear coils too? Yup! I've had a pair of their rear 3" coils sitting on my rack for a while now. I picked these up f...

Re: Yellowranger1's Blue Wagon
Oh bullshit!!!!! Hahaha, I admit I'm torn on getting them dirty, but it'll be worth it! So, drove the truck a bit yesterday after work... Front feels great on road with the Carli valving, similar to stock, but a bit sportier without any harshness over expansion joints, etc... The rear is a di...

Re: Yellowranger1's Blue Wagon
Nice upgrades, did you have the adjusters added to help with rear squat/sag when loaded or something else? Time to those Kings through some paces out in the desert! They really won't do anything for squat (like adding pressure to an air shock) since any additional weight will just push through the ...

Re: Yellowranger1's Blue Wagon
 Is that a Dethloff skid under there? Sure is! I love it! It seems crazy that they'd go through the trouble of designing and including the factory skids on these things, yet leave such a critical area so vulnerable  . I hadn't smashed my pan or anything like Mike had, but I've tapped t...
