Highlight reel from our most recent VLOG of just the Power Wagon wheeling in the snow up at Stanley Lake in Stanley, Idaho, along with a recovery and my thoughts on our 37-inch Toyo Open Country MT's in the snow.

 What a novel idea ! Put in an inferior part that they KNOW with react badly with modern synthetics, blame the customers oil & say you should have "used our special-top secret oil" @ a stupid price......when all it is is cheap ass (in a monetary way-compared to full syn oil price) dino oil !!...

Re: Pennzoil Ultra Platinum rebate (for guys with the 6.4l)

I think some of us were just saying we choose Amsoil over the Penz because it's a top-tier brand with a good reputation. Relax your sphincters. As to statements about something being garbage, that is simply an opinion based on reputation. Like FRAM oil filters are garabge . There are lots of things ...

Looks like pretty expensive snake oil to me :cash: Did you seriously just refer to Amsoil as snake oil? Amazon also has the 6qt case for $54.50, $9.08 per quart ($7.08 after rebate). Can't beat that. https://www.amazon.com/Pennzoil-550040856-6PK-Ultra-Platinum-Synthetic/dp/B00JMCCE6...

Does it meet the same requirements as the pennzoil?

Meets and exceeds.

This is primarily why I run it. And the filters are good to 15k, which comes in handy when you discover your stupid bumper makes it impossible to remove the oil filter.

Re: The Future of Ram- 2019 Spy Shots

No I'm saying the refresh gives the allusion to it being smaller. I think the interior looks ok. The exterior honestly feels like a redress of just the grille and headlamps with a bad outcome. Not new truck or modernization. It feels like a middle of product cycle refresh. Big difference between the...

Re: Why has AEV turned to such shit?

I honestly think they believe the Power Wagon springs are no good for the truck. I asked them long ago (before I even owned a Power Wagon) why I couldnt use their kit yet still retain the stock PW springs. Their reply was something along the lines of "Why would you want a truck so tall? Why would y...

Re: Logic Check -- Airbags

I'd love to test them, but if they're like the fronts, I bet they aren't actually softer. The other comment made to me was they are actually .75 shorter than the PW rear coils. I just recently added a rear spacer to solve my squat.

Why even get his coils for the rear man? Do the front, tell Don and keep the factory rears. Still works with the Kings, pretty much my setup.

Re: The Future of Ram- 2019 Spy Shots

I'm not digging it either, really is a lazy design aesthetic. All they've done is retool the front fascia of the truck. There are no other major design changes outside the rear bumper and those tail lights. Very disappointing. Also the retooling makes the truck feel like a smaller midsize. Am I the ...

Re: Why has AEV turned to such shit?

So AEV's actual position on this subject is .... ??? Aftermarket coils aren't better, they're worse because they aren't' magically tuned for the application. Or that you can't design a one size fits all applications? I'd love btw if someone found the parts list for all 40 variations of the front coi...

Re: Power Wagon Does not Make It

It's not really the tires, so much as Nathans driving. You'll notice the other two trucks used more momentum. Nathan crawls up to that area where he starts to lose traction then starts flooring it and spins and spings. The PW couldn't make it because you suck at driving. Not because the truck is too...

Re: Carli Radius Arms

Just installed the Carli 3” front coils. Despite what the trolls have been claiming in the past, radius arms geometry changes ARE definitely necessary as there is a bowl in the coils as a result of sharply angled coil buckets. Are you now calling us all trolls? Here’s a direct quote from Don when I...
