Re: Congratulations PWR on setting a new record!

I’ve met a lot of people thanks to this forum. Good group of people. And I forgot to ask how many are members here for PWIM this year, but that number will climb this May.

Re: Power Wagon FB group

I find most of the fb groups carry a ton of drama. Here it is far more respectful. I'm leaning on the generation gap. You know. 3rd gen = best gen...4th gen=wannabe 3rd with extra luxury......4.5-5th gen anyone can get one....😁😁😁😁. So what's the biggest tire I can fit stock...... Do 35's fit with a...

Re: BoldAdventures 2015 Power Wagon Build

WD hitch with sway control is certainly not the be all-end all for towing. If you tow heavy new springs/helper springs &/or air bags are in your future. I was able to get the truck perfectly level with just a WD hitch originally with a few passes and adjustments over a cat scale. So, we shall see h...

Re: BoldAdventures 2015 Power Wagon Build

Got my front track bar now too. Suddenly the weather here in Boise has gone cold. So I might just be waiting till I drive out to Portland to get my Thuren truss installed by Marcus to do the install. i also promised Marcus I'd detail our trucks. LOL I do need to make up my mind about the spacer and ...

Re: Tube Bumpers and OEM Winch Positioning

Here's the thing, this POS doesn't even look like it was designed on our trucks... More like they designed it to fit a few trucks and bent it a little bit for each make/model. http://forum.powerwagonregistry.org/download/file.php?id=14227&t=1 http://forum.powerwagonregistry.org/download/file.php?id=...

I've been out there. Seems more like a mud hole to me. Not going very fast at all. All the times we went out. Options in Florida are limited.

Re: Thuren 3.0 KING on 2018 Powerwagon!

My understanding is anything larger than 2.5's would be too large to fit through, withing hitting, the rear shock holes in the frame has that be addressed somehow? No, these are Pintops for the front only currently. https://www.thurenfabrication.com/products/dodge-ram/2014-18-2500-2013-18-3500/comp...

Re: Fender Flares

I’ve read on other forums that guys have good success with eBay flares at a fraction of the price, some saying they’re the exact same as Bushwackers (even have the same part number molded on them). Any truth to that? Any pictures and details of what model flare you have or how well they installed w...

Yup, those 3.0's came out right after I put in my order for the 2.5's. But I don't really need the 3.0's as awesome as they would be since I have everything setup for slower speeds and crawling.

Now you get to wait around like the rest of us mortals in anticipation.

Re: 37" spare locations

The 35 will fit if you guide it into position, have it deflated to around 18psi and have a second-hand help to tighten it up while you forcefully hold it in place. No need to remove the exhaust shield. As for tire locations, I am working on something like this for in my bed and under the cover. NFab...

The Nanny stuff though, I think that's a personal taste thing.

It's like the need for a locker bypass. No one is going to accuse me of not wheeling my truck, and I still am not bothered by not having a locker bypass or have Nannies bothered me while doing crazy stuff yet. And I've tried.

I bet the Volant is a lot quieter than the K&N. I had one on my previous truck and it was nice and not obnoxious in any way. But the K&N is annoyingly loud. But that annoyance subsided when I added my Magnaflow exhaust.

Re: Before there was RamBox

Like most of Ram's stuff, they probably never properly advertised it. Ram does a terrible job at marketing themselves. Look how little dealers know about the Power Wagon or average people for that matter. Compared to how Ford markets the Raptor as the KING OF THE HILL. That does sorta look like a ni...
