Re: Suspension Recommendations for FWC Hawk Camper

Having a base weight is a great idea, since then you can really see the effects of each addition.

Re: Thuren from leveling kit

its 1.5 inch over factory 2500s but only .5 inch over a factory powerwagon Wrong. Don’s Hemi springs are 2” and 3” over a normal 2500 gasser. Accounting for the Power Wagon factory lift and weight of the winch, they net 0.5” and 1.5” on a Power Wagon. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk What's confu...

Re: Suspension Recommendations for FWC Hawk Camper

Chris is spot on. You shouldn't do anything until you get the camper. We can all name things that make good upgrades, but it's all dependant on how you load it up and how it feels. I run a RTT and tow an Airstream, and my setup is dialed in for me without Airbags. Other dudes tow heavier and need ba...

Re: Rambox Panel Warping

Yes, you can adjust it. Matter of fact, my damn latch came off while we were off road in Colorado. I'm not a fan of how the latch is bolted. But it is what it is. I've upgraded the hardware.

Re: Rambox Panel Warping

Mine haven't delaminated either, but I have some bow and I suspect that's my fault for standing on them. You can adjust them with the adjusters on the sides, and I've even played with adjusting the lock to get them tighter fitting. There is a lot of play in adjusting these. They might be overall bet...

Haha, I meant that like a last resort. Just taking my time at the moment. But I'll check out his build thread. I was leaning towards Thuren because of their obvious quality and the vast majority of you guys have no problems with em; but as everyone knows its a small shop and backlogged at th...

Re: 3.5 Ton Jeep on Station!

I’d wait years for a Thuren suspension before putting the BDS kit on my truck. DITTO , I waited for my Kings, I think everyone has. Just had this convo with a friend who isn't happy about his Kings he got from Carli after I told him last year to go with Thuren, but he just had to have them the foll...

Re: 3.5 Ton Jeep on Station!

Looking at BDS lift. Or after looking at Fab Fours Open Fender system I might try and fabricobble my own version haha, still can't believe they want 4.3K for the set up with that amount of body work... Put either of those on your truck and https://media.tenor.com/images/4d8a68b4af4dc2f7817484e2975f...

Re: WK Slider Options

I will be ordering WK sliders really soon. It sucks not having them because it limits me on the trails I do. While doing Crown King in AZ there were a couple of optional obstacles that I didn't do because of not having them and one section that came about 1" from hitting under the rocker panel (aft...

Oh damn, that's not even the Mufflex, since theirs is bolt in. That's a straight up welded in pipe. Yeah, that is gonna drone.

Also, AEV Snorkel works with the K&N. I have both. Although I think I'd like the new S&B intake even better.

Re: Not a PW owner ... YET!

My dealer has a new 2018 PW in Mojave Sand with some decent incentives on, but I am pretty interested in the new 2019 offerings. Is there any speculation when the 2019s will start showing up on lots? Is there something that I am missing about the 2018 year that might make it somehow 'better' than t...

Re: New in south Florida

I'm willing to bet it's the Mufflex muffler delete. That thing makes the truck sound stupid. The resonator cut off doesn't sound bad and paired with a good muffler there is no drone. I've got none with my Magnaflow.

Re: Power Wagons in Moab 2019 - Monday, April 29th – Friday, May 3rd

59 days! That’s how many days are left until Power Wagons in Moab, 2019. We’ve been hard at work getting things ready for everyone, partnering with some pretty big names to make this an event to remember! This year, we’re excited to partner with Thuren Fabrication and White Knuckle Offroad as two o...

Nope, never owned a GXP, only trucks, former ford guy. Owned a few of the original Lightnings. We're from up in Clearwater, there was a dude down your area who was a firefighter and had an RT we bought the GXP from. Woulda been a "small world" if you were the same dude. Either way man, wel...

Hello Power Wagon registry I’m Mario nice to meet you all. I just traded in my Ram R/T for a preowned 2017 with 14k miles on it. I am pretty excited to get this truck, I’ve drooled over these for sometime. I’ll be taking ownership of it tomorrow and driving it home. All I have is the dealer picture...

I don't think under $500 and "BEST" are going to work out together.

The JBA Stainless is $549.00 at best and those are shorties. I wouldn't bother with shorties. American Racing Long Tubes is all I'd look at.

Re: New Rear Bumper?

Was good to see a PW on Truck Night I told Lenzi & Jon I didn't give to rips about seeing Kyle and whatever face off at the end. I really wanted to see the PW run the Green Hill. I think it would have stomped the competition. But I'm super happy for them, they're already house hunting and can reall...
