Re: Level 8 Bully Pro 8 wheels, anybody running them???
I ran Level 8 trackers on my Rubicon and they were pretty good wheels. Wish they would have had removable rings!

Re: Uwharrie 5-28-16 (this Saturday)
What kind of upgrades do you have on the PW? The hardest parts of rocky mountain loop are now closed. someone supposedly found arrowheads at Kodak rock and Budweiser rock. Dutch John's trail is getting rutted out where the tight high walls are so it's perfect for a power wagon. Dickey Bell has been...

Re: Found the source of my steering vibration...
I'm going to make the dealership fix it, then upgrade! No reason for that part to have failed under normal driving conditions with less than 4,000 miles.

Have you been to URE before? You driving the power wagon and what trails are you planning on driving? Re: The journey to 37's
Can't fault him too much over his choice. It's a Roush Raptor, supercharged and all that good stuff. Very nice truck. I considered a Raptor before buying the PW, but it's honestly not well suited for the type of offroading available out here. Will wrote:Just fucked up the thread with that Rapturd

Re: The journey to 37's
Turning into another good "fit 37" tires thread". I really do like those wheels but American Racing has an Ansen wheel which has a similar machined face/black satin fake beedlock ring that I really like and is the correct 18mm offset. Decisions decisions.......... Was going to just use 1.5" wheel a...

Re: The journey to 37's
Send some pics of the contact points and the front and rear of the truck with the wheel pointed straight if you can when you have time. What tires are you running? Here are pictures of where the tires rubbed. https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7212/26373821163_cf84b9d284_b.jpg https://farm8.staticflick...

I failed to take any from the rear of the truck. I'll have to do that the next time I mount them up. I do have a couple of the front ho...

Re: The journey to 37's
Well it looks cool! Great looking wheels but too bad about the tire but at least you didint lose your ass on them. What sliders are those? Custom made by a shop nearby. They used my vehicle as a template. Very happy with them so far. https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1696/25649318643_c5fe5cdf89_b.jpg

Re: The journey to 37's
Yes, big fan of those indeed! Its a shame they appear to only offer a 0 offset rim in the 17" size. I need a +18mm to fit 37s on my 15'. Mine is a 16 and they fit these 37's just fine with the exception of the rearmost part of the inner fender. I'll take pictures later, but it's similar to what's b...

The journey to 37's
So I bought a used set of 37's along with a bunch of other Jeep parts off of a guy in NC a few weeks ago to mount on my fancy new Method wheels I bought for my PW. https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1621/26386581050_715709b018_b.jpg https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1471/26206292401_3647a634b7_b.jpg So I p...

Re: Idle
Mine idles pretty low as well. Right after I first got the truck and had around 200 miles on it, I was backing up at idle and the engine bogged and shut off. It was pretty odd. Cranked it back up and it was fine again. Closest thing to that i've had happen since then was PW acting like it wasn't acc...

Re: New 2016 Power Wagon owner!
Welcome from another former Rubicon owner. :) I'm starting to see a pattern here! Thanks for the warm welcome! I do have a quick question, i've noticed at low speeds in 2wh that sometimes the vehicle wants to kind of hesitate under light/partial throttle. I've been chalking it up to the MDS system ...

New 2016 Power Wagon owner!
Hey everybody just wanted to jump on here and introduce myself. I recently traded in my 2014 Rubicon for this nice 2016 Power Wagon. We wanted something a bit larger to wheel with and my wife absolutely despised the back seats in the Wrangler Unlimited's. I saw the unveiling of the 2017 PW at which ...
