Re: Engine fan

I doubt the 6.4 would stay cool with a v6 fan, but as for electric vs engine fan, if the electric is sized properly I will take ever time, full air flow at low rock crawling speeds , no drag on engine (revs quicker, better mpg, quieter than some clutch fans) depending on how wired can let the fan ru...

Re: Engine fan

One of the thing I like about a electric fan is that at low engine rpm the fan is at its constant air movement and as low sky pointed out I have put a toggle switch under dash (out of site) on my past truck to kill the fan for deep water crossings. Not to mention no drag on the motor (bet gas mileag...

Re: New Rear Bumper?

The factory front bumper is not good but I keep dragging the rear bumper, which is why I like the one diesel power products built. Thought I had a guy to build it for me and I was going to take tailgate off and do a swing out spare tire mount but mount the tire on the bed side to help with length an...

Re: Max tire size

It corrects for the tire size, my speedo was off before but I was okay with that, you are correct on the shifting I never drove my truck with the factory 33 so I just thought the trans was not to my liking. Used the procal and trans is so much better(till this last recall) speedo now correct so many...

Re: Max tire size

I ran 35 on stock for a while (now 37) I did not do anything about speedo correction thought I was fine got the aev procal because I read the 37 would definitely need the truck recalibrate to drive right. It came before the tires so I installed with the 35, wow wished I had done sooner.
