Re: BUILD SHEETS

Can someone explain this under my optional equipment for my 2015: "5.2 Additional Gallons of Gas" ... That's just enough gas to get the average person home from the Dealership  It's the calculated average amount of fuel necessary to drive the truck from the assembly line to transpo to the dea...

Re: Need some math help here...........................

The Big Boy---at the time i bought it.........ST1336DLE Pro. I was just curious because my Ariens will pile snow on the neighbor's roof. I don't have a 36" cutting width though and I'm sure that has some impact on performance. I can't answer any of your questions either, I didn't know suping up you...

Rear track bar, sway bar, tires. The shocks won't change the geometry.

Re: Steering issue

What cause the axle to be offset? The track bar isn't adjustable so I assume it was all alignment. Wonky caster and preloaded rubber joints?

Re: Power Wagon FB group

Anyone that's been around the internet long should already know a question asking for an opinion is just a request for validation. Any advice given counter to the validation will either be ignored or argued with. I occasionally post in the Facebook group but largely stay away. It's repetitive and fi...

Re: PSC Hydro Assist $500 Off

Damage Wagon is working on tie-rod brackets for 14+ trucks. For anyone on the fence, this is a bolt on application for 4.5 Gens. If you went with the AEV installation kit and the PSC parts, this would normally be a $1500+ mod for just the parts. On sale and using DW's parts you're looking at a littl...

Re: Bent Drag Link/ABS System Error

You may want to pull the pitman arm down and inspect for signs of twisting damage on the sector shaft splines, right above the pitman arm. With the pitman arm out of the way, you can eyeball the entire length of spline for uniformity. I've seen it on other vehicles before, it's worth a look anyway....

Re: Bent Drag Link/ABS System Error

The threads are the weakest part of the bar. The jam nuts probably loosened when the threads deformed. I'm not sure how you managed a direct hit since the drag link is above the tie rod. Maybe you impacted the tire hard enough to collapse the bar?
