Re: A little custom SPOD mounting

Lmao well fuck didn’t know that existed Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Ram makes a ton of mounts and doesn't do a good job organizing them. I poured through their parts building a mount for my truck. Also, someone put up a similar system in review on Amazon for a Tacoma. Oh well I got it done a...

Does this work on 2014+ trucks?
What, pulling the ABS fuse? Absolutely! And it works great. Kills all the bullshit electronic nannies too. But be prepared for an email update that your truck needs servicing

Re: Pro Cal Disaster 2018

FCT,

When you're done I'd recommend contacting 4x4x4door on CF and renting an Autel Maxsys and Auto Enginuity. You can complete everything from the ProCal and a lot more.

Re: adeluca73's Build - 2014 POWER WAGON SLT - FLAME RED TWO TONE

AEV's hardware looks terrible. For the money they should use better bolts. All grade-8’s aren’t the same. Living in the rust belt is tough on vehicles, and I can’t live my life through a bottle of fluid film. The factory bolts are M8-1.25x23mm Grade 10.9. I recently broke off a Grade 8 front diff b...

Re: 14 power wagon lifter failure

You're right, sorry. You can use non MDS lifters with your stock cam. I know of a dealer doing HC lifter swaps into 6.4 cars and tuning with HPP. A non MDS OEM cam is less than $300 if you want a new cam. A custom ground non MDS cam is around $500 to $700. I would think a performance cam would add a...

Not that I need a front camera but my wife is the worst driver ever. This also bypasses the speed lockout and gives me the SRT wallpaper. I can add a third camera or a media device with composites. Did you buy the Customtronix UK Ram medallion camera and their Egnima Premium JailBreak EVIC programm...

Re: 17x10 Katla wheel on PW

Yeah, there is no need for that 10-inch wheel unless you want to run 15 inch wide tires are something. I really like the looks of the KATLA, it's a great looking wheel. But a bit too wide for my tastes. Seems like AEV designed this wheel to support their 37/40” tire Prospector and fender flare sale...

Re: Reloaderguy's Build Thread - 2016 Laramie Power Wagon

The most important change is the TPIS. That is the system in 3500 and 4500 trucks. It only tells you your current pressure, no more monitoring system.

How about a Trail Ready rear bumper? The aluminum tread caps are removable. I think it checks most of your criteria.

Re: Low_Sky's 2015 Power Wagon Laramie

My Purple Cranium half spiders showed up last night. For anybody wanting to add these; front diff bolts are 10mm hex, rear diff bolts are 13mm hex (you’ll need a wrench or a 3/8” ratchet and short socket to reach under the rear sway bar), and the Purple Cranium stainless bolts are a 6mm hex socket....

Re: Wheels?

Most OE wheels are hub centric, most aftermarket wheels are lug centric with available hub centric centering rings. I currently have lug centric wheels on my truck, the main advantage of hub centric is wheel centering and balance. With that said I wouldn't put routered wheels on my truck.
