Re: Another Government Wagon Auction

Here's a higher milage 2010 in Lewistown, MT. It looks like the winch is MIA, along with one of the wheels.

Re: 2015 6.4 Hemi EGR Issues?

Back in the day, we used to make a solid gasket out of an aluminum can to inhibit EGR flow. However now they use the computer to monitor 02 sensor response to EGR function as well as a temperature sensor in the EGR system. You’ll still get a nanny light.

Re: For Sale: 3rd - Early 4th Gen Faux Low Locker Bypass

I have another faux low locker bypass available for sale. This is the unit that I built to experiment with on Olyelr's truck. After determining that it doesn't play well with the CAD front axle on 14+ trucks, I reconfigured it for use on the 3rd gen and early 4th gen trucks. If your truck has the Ne...

Re: Anyone got artistic skills?

Sorry, I have no artistic skills. I know you're probably thinking of a new unique logo for PWR but I'm not that creative. Power Wagons don't really have a logo tied to the name, the closest thing I could think of was the retro bedside stripe from the 70's and today. Also they've used a lot of differ...

FS: New Transfer Case Position Sensor 12-18

For sale: A brand new OEM transfer case position sensor, in the original box, #68211454AA. Basically this fits any truck with the Borg Warner 44-47 transfer case which started production in mid 2012 and is still the current T-case in 2018. I purchased this so I could do some electrical testing on a ...

My 12V outlet just died and is exhibiting the same symptoms. Let me know if you figure this out, and I'll do the same. I haven't plugged anything into the 110V outlet, but F104 is in tact, the console 12V outlet works. Low Sky, It looks like for your 2015, the cigarette lighter/power outlet fuses w...

my 12v cigarette lighter plug is also dead. fuse is good. 2017 pw.
It looks like for a 2017, fuses #90, #93 and #104 are for protecting the various auxiliary power outlets. You should be able to confirm this info in your owners manual (look in the index under "Fuses").

Re: A Tale of Diagnostic Woe

The diagnosis is bad lifters So the question of the day is, Is this a design flaw of just a bad run of lifters? No, it’s just injector echoes, caused by aftermarket suspension components reflecting the sound waves. Does Oregon have a bureau of automotive repair for reporting bad service depar...

Re: Wheel Bearing/Hub Recommendation

When you install it, and do this to your other hub as well, unscrew the ABS plug and squirt in a good chunk of your favorite wheel bearing rated grease. I got a LOT in mine, I think 120 pumps and 150 pumps per bearing. You do not need this much but I figure there’s still lots of air gap in there. W...

Re: Rausch Creek 2018 June 22,23,24

When you clean your magnet check the air gap while you're there. Mine is adjusted on the tight side. Following the FSM procedure, mine will hold a 5mm hex socket snug. The spec is 5.5mm +-.25mm. I know I've posted this before but hears the procedure so you have it handy. Also while you're at it, try...
