Nice work Man! Would this work for an 05? I want in on the list if so.

Re: Locker Bypass Rebirth

It's finished! You're looking at the first locker bypass system to be produced in about 2-1/2 years. LB Prototype - 1.jpg I installed it on my truck and everything works and tested perfectly. Right about now you may be asking yourself, "How did he test a 4.5 gen bypass on his 3rd gen truck?" I splic...

Re: 2013 Again?

So... How many 'old timers' do we still have around? Cleaning out my laptop I found this... What old is new again - 2019 will be same as 2013 was! Nevermind... 'this' was a .pdf of the 2013 PW calendar that we used to do... Damn... How can I attach a .pdf? Can you take a screen shot of each p...

Re: FS: The Nanny Kill Switch®, California, $75

I received a question regarding what years this kill switch fits as it's currently configured, but I'm not even sure myself. I know it fits 2014-2018, but I need to see some pictures of other years to see the fusebox layout. So if anyone following this thread would mind posting some pictures of 2010...

#4 Control circuit shorted to ground or bad transistor driver for that circuit in the ECM.

Ok..I'll check it out tomorrow. I hope it will give me pointers on the locking axles because as of present they still do not lock no matter what i do, they just flash but never seem to engage. I hope it will give some instruction on what is going on. I assume you know that currently the lockers onl...

Locker Bypass Rebirth

I finally received all the components to build a locker bypass prototype. The first step was to make a templet to cut an opening in the control box to install the 12 pin bulkhead connector housing. I'm happy with how it turned out. Control Box - 1.jpg Control Box - 2.jpg Next step is to fill the box...

Re: Another Government Wagon Auction

The build sheet shows 11.5" rear axle and 18 X 8 steel wheels. Also no mention of front and rear locking differentials, disconnecting swaybar or winch. I wonder if this was even a Power Wagon or just an ST that they mounted a winch on from a previous vehicle?
No wonder it sold so cheap!

Re: FS: The Nanny Kill Switch®, California, $75

Can’t wait to get mine. Is the toggle going to be powered? So we ground and 12v source the switch? I believe its just switching a ground, no? Correct, it's just a ground switch. No power involved outside of the fusebox. If you wanted to reconfigure it to work with a "Switch-Pros" or "sPOD" module, ...

Re: Another Government Wagon Auction

I was going to look up the VIN and see if it was a 4G or 4.5G, but FCA seems to have killed their build sheet generator on all their websites. So much for that. Glad I have mine saved. I did the same thing. Here it is: https://www.dodge.com/webselfservice/BuildSheetServlet?vin=3C6TR5CTXEG181057 Jus...

Re: Instrument Cluster Lights

It looks like you could try pulling fuse #88 or #49 to start with and see what happens. If that doesn't provide the desired result you could try putting a toggle switch on the orange/gray wire at pin #4 of the headlight switch (panel lamps driver circuit). 2016 Power Wagon Instrument Diagr...
