Re: MOAB 2017 - May 1-7

That bumper looks good. Can't wait to see it in person.

On another note:
Who's brining kids? I have a 9 yo boy and a 6 yo girl. Might be cool if they had some similar toys to play with at camp and on the trail at breaks . We're brining nerf guns and an RC car.

Re: Shock Options that don't require new springs?

I had that very same question awhile ago. So I emailed Thuren, who replied that they could throw some tuned Kings at the truck. Personally, I wish we had more options for improving the quality of wheel travel at the stock height. Meaning, high performance quality shocks that are valved for our truck...

thedriver21,
I'm still planning for the 19th. I'm also thinking of doing a short route recon sometime before the 19th just to make sure the trails are how I remembered them.

BlkWgn, off site camping is tempting.

DamageWagon, I'm down for whatever seems fun and safe. If you come out on this trip we can talk about hitting Holcomb Valley Trail.

Big Bear Run, Novemner 2016.

November 19th *** Tentative date*** So here is what I'm suggesting. The day I'm suggesting should be worry free and a lot of fun. 9:00 am meet at the North Shore Cafe. Be ready to go with at least 3/4 tank of gas. https://www.google.com/maps/place/North+Shore+Cafe/@34.2686398,-116.9479778,17z/data=!...

I'm down in Temecula. I've down Gold Mtn before. Be ready to use your skid plates and I would not do this trail unless you have quality rock rails.

White Knucke all the way. This is one of those aftermarket parts you don't want to cheap out on. Just today I was playing in the rocks and they saved my bacon. Check this video out. It's a pretty thorough review of the White Knuckle Rock Rails.

Re: Bit off a little more than I could chew.

Thanks everyone for the advice. I crawled underneath the truck today and felt a little better after seeing everything in daylight. Pulled off the drive shaft and will be ordering an aftermarket one. What really matters is I did not get any cosmetic damage. So in the end, it's all good because I get ...

Bit off a little more than I could chew.

So I took the PW on a Jeep trail and it made it, but not without incurring a little more under carriage damage than I was ready for. Long story short, I was near the end of the rough section on the last major obstacle and I got my rear diff hung up on a rock. I had a spotter who was doing an excelle...

Re: Adventure Vehicles Review- 2015 Power Wagon

We are currently working on our next video, and it should be pretty good. Stay tuned folks. Will it be power wagon related? Nice job on the first video! The next video will cover a different vehicle. However, every vehicle I plan on reviewing will be some sort of adventure based vehicle. This is a ...
