Re: Tire Feedback
Been running an oil burner for awhile now but miss my wagon. Still creep around here for info once in awhile; much less crap to sift thru than elsewhere on the interwebs. Replaced my 37x12.50r17 Toyo mts with Maxxis Razr Mts in the same size. Had a hard time finding any actual long term reviews on t...

Re: Wagonless
I was getting under 10 MPG the last 6 months or so. Highway speed limits are 75 where I'm from, and the 6.4 isn't super efficient running 83 mph. At least with 37s. Running 37s on the new ctd and getting 15 MPG thus far.

It's reading 14, but I didn't get my new procal until today, so everything was off. Resetting it tomorrow and will have a idea in a few days. I was getting 10 on my wagon.

Wagonless
After 2 years, 8 months, and 115,000 miles I got sick of the MPG and traded my wagon in for a Cummins. My head immediately grew 4 sizes, my hat bill straightened, and my dick shrunk. The front end weighs a billion pounds, operates like a u boat in the mud, and I had to trim plastic before I took it ...

Once I peeled all the garish stickers off my 15 I noticed it was kinda 2 toned. Nothing like the retro stuff, but I like it.

I'm really impressed. The spy shots and early photos, where MHEM. At best. But seeing the Rebel and the interior. WOW. Then reading the details. 2 inch lift, 33's, rear locker and hill descent control. Those are the things I've been saying they need to add to the Rebel to make it serious. Looks lik...

I read an article stating the off road package that is currently available on HD's will be available on most 1500 trims, and the anti-slip differential was being upgraded to an electronic locker.

Re: Another Airlift 5000 Ultimate/Daystar Cradles Install
Minimum PSI on the firstones is 5. But that is also the minimum for the airlift compressor, so anybody planning to run 0 psi with on board air needs to make sure it's doable with whatever compressor setup they choose. I went with Firestone bags because the compressor setup I chose has a 5 psi minimu...

Still working great. Been through plenty of rain and weekly washes with under carriage blasts. As noted by olyelr, they are designed with exposure in mind.

I mounted the cradles on the bottom bracket that came with my bags. Required no drilling; just had to pick up some shorter bolts and do a bit of grinding.

I wish I would have installed bags the day I brought my truck home. Rides so much better under any kind of load. With on board air, it's easy to adjust to the exact ride your load requires. For anyone that tows/hauls very often, bags/cradles are a no-brainer.

Re: Logic Check -- Airbags
I went with Firestone bags because the guys selling them recommended them over the air lifts. Not sure there is much, or any, difference. You will love the remote controlled on board air. It's ballin.

Re: RTIC Coolers
I use my 25 qt every day. Love it. The 65 gets pulled out for hunting/camping/extra party space. Love it. However, I easily get the most use out of the RTIC 20 soft side. Doesn't keep ice as long as the roto molded variety, but super light and convenient for pool days, tailgating, or any scenario th...

That's the one. Boys at 4 wheel parts recommended it. They said they have had quite a but of positive feedback. Also chose the bags I did based on their recs.

Didn't mean to cause confusion; it is a remote system. But no wires. Tuck it away and only get it out when you need it. It is backlit but my flash is washing it out. Also has a thingy on the back like a garage door opener. Auto sleeps when not in use.

Re: Firestone Riderite bags with Daystar cradles
I wouldn't have done bags without it. I often haul heavy bed loads relatively short distances; the inconvenience of locating a compressor or hooking up my portable one would have kept me from using them. It has 3 presets and won't let you deflate any lower than 5 psi. Airing up/down literally at the...

Firestone Riderite bags with Daystar cradles
Installed bags, cradles, and on board air today. Pretty straight forward. I used the lower brackets that came with my bags because that seemed like way less of a headache than threading a custom hole and the brackets are less than 1/2 inch thick. Bags need 5 psi minimum. They rest in cradles at norm...

Re: Stock 15 with 37s
1. Haven't noticed a drop in MPG but have only driven it a few hundred miles and I had 35s. Definitely a little less responsive with more rubber.
2. Slight rub on sway bar at full lock turning right. Didn't rub when full lock turning left.
