Re: Rear drive shaft rub

Has anyone experienced the rear drive shaft rubbing the skids/crossmember at full drop? And if anyone has what was the fix? Thanks With longer-than-OEM shocks on a coil spring rear end, yes. Are you getting contact from the skid crossmember that goes under the driveshaft or from the gas tank skid? ...

The axle seal is outboard of the CAD housing. This looks like gear oil to me.

Congrats, great looking bull. Always nice to get some blood in the bed, and it’s a great bonus to have some antlers sticking out for the drive home. On my 2015, coming in through the driver side in-floor storage bin. Take the bin out. Run cable through the giant hole in the floor. Reinstall the bin. Easy.

Re: antenna mounts for rambox?

It's just a spring mount for the CB antenna (Alaskans are still mostly using CB, better radios haven't caught on up here). I normally keep it tied down on the highway and in town so I don't do damage in drive-thrus. I've been reading a lot about how mounting behind the cab is really bad. How long i...

Re: Locker Bypass Rebirth

I wonder what safety garbage actually makes locking such a pain. Like what are the conditions and why are they there? I agree you normally wouldnt use lockers until you need them, but by then its too late to engage since you have to be on flat ground, turning in a circle, opening the back door and ...

finally got time to install the blm bypass yesterday. top notch kit that works great . best thing is you dont have to wait and wonder if or when it will lock. blm system locks right away Folks who think the lockers lock immediately when bypassed or hard wired don’t understand how our e-lockers work...

Re: 06 PW Winch

Greetings all. New to this forum. I recently purchased an 06 Power Wagon. First Dodge I've owned in many years. I bought it to use as a good puller to tow our RV trailer. I was tired of trying to make my 15 Sierra 1500 do something it's just not going to do comfortably. So the PW is an additional t...

Should I?

If you want to test the lockers you have to be in 4 low and moving VERY slowly. Like 2-3 mph, but you have to be moving. Also have to be in 4 low for the sway bar, but not so terribly slow. At least that how it works for Gen4 trucks. 4HI or 4LO for the sway bar. Sometimes have rock the truck side t...

Re: Rear Springs tuftruck ttc-1225

Those look like 1500 springs. I'd return those and get Airlift Airbags 5000 and Daystar Cradles. That way you keep your flex and can airup to tow. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk The springs the OP bought are for 2500, and are designed to be STIFFER than regular 2500 springs (but the product p...

Re: Rear Springs tuftruck ttc-1225

Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate airbags (88289) and Daystar airbag cradles that won’t negatively affect ride quality or suspension range of motion.

Or 1.5” spacers on heavy springs that will ride like a dump truck when unloaded.

I know which one I’d pick.
