Nice - I have the same tires. What pressure have you run them at to get such great tread life?

Re: 2014+ Suspension/Lift Options = NOTHING

So I should save more money? :chug: You can fit 37s without any problems on the back wheels so there doesn't seem to be a lot of incentive to build taller coils that probably would require a total redesign of the rear suspension. Guess this is the downside to the new coil rears..sshhhh, don't give ...

Re: 2014+ Suspension/Lift Options = NOTHING

So put Thuren 3" springs in the front and a 1" spacer in the rear. Or buy a 3" rear diesel coil. No one makes a hemi specific rear coil, they're all diesel coils. With 3" Thuren front coils will still give you 1" of rake. What he said. Not sure why you don't want Thuren? I have their 2014+ PW speci...

See Yellowranger's build thread for some experienced thoughts on 37 ko2s vs 35 R/Ts...He actually went smaller after having the 37s I think

Re: 2014-17 tire size consensus

I agree with everything Adeluca said. I already have the Thuren suspension and am having 35x12.50x17 Toyo R/T put on the truck today. I went back and forth a million times but I drive the truck a lot and do tow somewhat frequently. What decided it for me is that I have the lifetime warranty so I wil...

Re: Power Wagon Picture Thread

Thanks for the detailed pics Taylor! Looks like a bit of rub but only on u-turns or full lock maneuvers that can be avoided most of the time. If you aren't wearing a groove in the tires after 7k miles, seems like more of an avoidable annoyance than a real reason to steer clear of the 37s...I really ...

Truck looks perfect - an exact copy of mine except for the tires. I'm still waiting for the stock rubber to wear out but your pictures are making me weak lol

Any rubbing with the KO2s and the thuren kit up front?

Re: 2015 Front Spring/Shock Swap

I just did springs/shocks and the Thuren sway bar. Nothing else to replace unless you are thinking upgraded bump stops. Ride is great - a bit smoother than stock and great flex.

Re: 2015 Front Spring/Shock Swap

I put in the Thuren kit about 6 months ago. 1. Just unbolt the driver's side bolt on the sway bar - pretty much have to do this to get the necessary droop. 2. Don't need a spring compressor. Just make sure you disconnect the locker wires and breather hose to the axle so you can get enough droop for ...

Re: 2014 power wagon new tires bigger size

Thanks for those pics. I had 35/12.5R17 Toyo RT's put on today. Drives so much better! No rubbing. I can only describe it as more grounded and less floaty. I think these trucks are just too heavy for D's. No more body roll when cornering. As for chain fit, it looks like the front is tight if you ge...

Re: Rock Rails

At first glance it looks like the RED sliders might be able to accommodate the power AMP steps too which fold up under the truck and deploy when you open the doors. Wonder if anybody has done that...sturdy sliders with a fold out step would be a great combo.

Re: What do you love about your truck?

I love everything about it except the fuel mileage...my favorite part about it is that it can be the grocery getter for my family of 6 just as easily as it can haul/tow 3 cords of firewood AND take trails that leave jeep guys scratching their heads.

Re: Tire? 35's v 37's & Nitto v Toyo

Yup, 40's. ;) See, this is what I am afraid of. Once you get 35s, then you need 37s. Once you get 37s, they start to look too small and you need 40s. When does this vicious cycle end? Mike: how have you liked your AT2s in 35? I saw all the stuff you did in Moab and the towing you do and wondered ho...

Thuren pw specific springs with thuren white body overland shocks, no wheel spacers, no trimming of the fender-wells or anything Very slight rub on the passenger radius arm at full lock/turn. Opinions are like assholes...but.... 37 KO2s. Aggressive looking tire with street manners. I have had duratracs, falken rocky mountain ats, KOs, and now KO2s. The new KO2 is a great all around tire. I originally went with a 35" but was a little disappointed with how it measured out when it was moun...
