Re: White knuckle replica sliders for 2014 PW
And believe it or not, those are actually serial #1. JB was running out of time to get yours done, so we robbed mine and sold them to you so he could get you in and out. It cost him some beer. The ones for sale are actually #2. He has done a few more since then for Jeeps. They have some alumi...

Re: White knuckle replica sliders for 2014 PW
I don't have any pics on my phone of the mounting. If you look up my thread on them you can browse it and it shows the mounting somewhere through there. Hey thanks for the compliments. JB does do some great work, Arcnit is his companies name. There is no interference with suspension whatsoever on th...

White knuckle replica sliders for 2014 PW
These are custom sliders that was made for my PW. The truck is gone so I am selling them. Give me a call, we can discuss the price, asking $800. Made of .120" wall tubing, 2x2 square and 1/8", linex covered professionally and have the diamond plate step. Additionally they have a expanded metal strip...

Re: Improve 2016 mpg
Mine is a 14, I get about 10 around town and 12.5-13 on the HWY. It sucks. Honestly is a complaint of mine. If they ever find an economic motor for them I will be the first to buy one. There is no gain buying a new one and putting bigger tires on it.

Re: White Knuckle Sliders: Top Plate vs. No Top Plate
Mine are cutom built but look like the WK for the most part. I plated the back opening so it could be used a as a step into the bed, glad I did it. I use it a lot. I left the rest open, looks like art work to me. I di have a strip of expanded metal attached over the tube to create a grip to step on....

Re: 2014 Power Wagon Payload Capacity
I have heard that air lift 5000 bags set up with some daystar cradles is the best way to go with airbags since the coils are taller than a standard 2500. Not sure of the part #'s, maybe someone will chime in with those or a set up that works without limiting the articulation. Editied, we posted at t...

Re: ADD bumper
Ill be building my own. It will look somewhat like the ADD. Its the only one I have found that offers the most ground clearance and retains the factory winch mount. I refuse to pay that much, its ridiculous, I ended up building my own sliders months before anyone came out with anything and saved qui...

Re: A couple new goodies
I now a guy with that same unit in his truck, he loves it. I have also thought about getting a hitch like that since I tow a few different trailers and the heights and weights are always different. I find myself changing around balls to get the right height. What part# and brand is that? It looks li...

Enough about solar, Im a coal miner for a power plant in the 4 corners area of NM. Everyone needs to know solar is a bad idea and causes cancer/climate change and impotence. Just the facts from my research. Solar bad, coal good. JK, I am a coal miner, but would like to power my own stuff from solar ...

Re: Let's talk bumpers
Soooooooooo....other than Aluminess & AEV (sort of) are there any others that can accommodate the stock winch as it currently sits in the factory cradle? Addictive desert designs, AEV and Aluminess are the only ones I know of. I am unclear on how the winch works with the AEV, but as stated it is he...

Re: Let's talk bumpers
The only other one I have been able to find out there is the Addictive Desert Design. I like the way it looks but would like just a little more "beef" to it for protection when rock crawling, since that is mostly what I do. If I cant find what I like soon, I will probably just build like I had to wi...

Re: Big towing dreams
You would be fine with the right air bag set up and the proper hitch. I have towed 14k with mine quite a bit, although in a well balanced dump trailer, the truck doesn't break a sweat doing it or stopping it. Just my opinion. I am sure the safety police will chime in soon and tell you that your'e cr...

Re: Finally Buying a PW
congratulations on the beating cancer. I recently lost a family member very quickly to brain cancer. I understand your struggle. I agree with what mods/upgrades everyone else has chimed in with. The only thing as far as the cap goes would maybe be to look at the soft topper or can-back. They are a l...

It's normal, the bottom of the spring sits on a perch that is tilted forward a little. The spacer makes it look exaggerated. Your fine, enjoy it.

Re: 2015 level kit installed
Yeah, the truxx kit is fine. I have run it in Moab on some tough trails and use my truck for daily driving/towing. The traxda in the rear has never given me an issue either. If it was junk, I wouldn't run it and the shock extension is the secret to keeping the articulation. I think some people put w...
