Re: Clearance lights

I know the tazer ram allowed me to choose if the drl’s are on or off, and what lights would be used if it is on. But i cant remember if the clearance lights were one of the choices or not.

Re: 2006 Dodge Ram Power Wagon Title

I think nowadays, the tradesman ones are technically just a tradesman truck but have the power wagon “package” added on.

Re: Rear Springs tuftruck ttc-1225

Again. Cannot thank you all enough. Final question. I will not need spacers for the airbags, correct? There is enough bag for the power wagon lift, right? Thanks so much LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate plus Daystar cradle is a proven solution on Power Wagons, over and over and over again. The problem with...

Re: Rear Springs tuftruck ttc-1225

I use my power wagon to tow a 7000 pound (empty) travel trailer and it works just fine with the factory springs. I do have the airlift 5000 bags and daystar cradle setup, but that was not needed until I leveled the truck. Worked just fine in stock form with a properly setup weight distribution hitch...

not what i was understanding at first, but still doesnt sound ideal.
No, for normal dd’ing it would suck. I dont think I would care for it in the dirt either, but I haven't tried it yet.

Nope. It’s a continuous weld around the nuts to the center unit. I suspect it’s going to need a new drag link to adjust it.
Not the case with this guys drag link “repair”. I cant tell if its bubblegum, jb weld or an actual weld.

Regardless, what a joke.

Re: Tazer RAM

sucks because 2hi locked at high speeds is the best. Well you can do that, but there is some funky shifting going on in the process lol. Actually, if you wanna get crazy and erratic it might not be a bad setup with the long gear holds. But for just normal cruising its a joke. who moves that slow? l...

Re: Tazer RAM

Ok, they have the update now for the unit so you can use the lockers in any tcase range. The shitty part is, all it does is trick the truck into thinking it is in 4lo... so you get weird ass driving characteristics due to the changed shift points and idle. And, it still takes a stroke of luck for th...

Yep, the mirrors are the warning signal... when the sticks start touching them then you know its getting crazy and its time to abort.

Any module changed on the CAN needs to be introduced with a handshake. Tow mirrors are not on the CAN in 2008, but for 2016 with memory seats, pedals and mirrors, I can see the BCM needing to be informed of the changes.
Yea, but he’s got a 2006.

Re: Bouncing Problemos

I am installing my Thuren 2.5 setup this weekend, assuming weather cooperates. I ended up going keeping the OE PW rear springs, and going with the Thuren +1/2" springs up front... so CG shouldn't take much of a hit and didn't make spring rates worse in the rear. Hoping that between more aggressive ...

The new sway bar will have to be programmed to the truck before it will work properly, so don't think it's defective if it doesn't work right out of the box.
??????

I know when the dealer put tow mirrors on my truck when I was buying it they had to be programmed too.

Or, try doing donuts in the snow. If you have it, it will put the cabosh to that shit real fast.

RMPW, I will agree with you slightly though... I do not mind the system the majority of the time on the main roads. I kind of prefer it.
